I've been leaving messages and finally spoke to someone today, who provided no assistance.

Dishwasher and dryer delivery speed:  about three weeks, after promised in 5 to 7 business days

Nightmare delivery. Delivered by the "fly by night" delivery company with no phone number or name on the receipt, who dumped (literally) these two items on the sidewalk and asked for a signature while the heavy packing was being removed.  They disappeared immediately and the dishwasher was damaged on the front panel and two installation components were damaged.

I paid for insurance and received no documentation of any kind.  They will not replace the front panel.  I need to call Bosch, who of course, check this off as a delivery issue.

The dryer I bought two months ago from them on the same order is not functioning.  Insurance?  Call the company, they say. 

I would never do business with this company again, regardless of the price.

Unbelievable experience! The order was so easy to place on the internet by simple instructions which are given on their website. I ordered a refrigerator  incredible service!!!! I called with questions, customer service was a big help. Shipment was fast and when there was a problem with the shipping then Company made sure it was corrected. I have suggested to friends and relatives that they shop from them as well

Your customer service department was great. They showed they cared about my problem and get it resolved. Anybody can sell something online it is the companies that take care of customers that have a problem that will get repeat customers. You have a repeat customer. Thanks for caring about customer service.

I Bought a Washer with Temperature Control, from Number 1 Appliance, I got best service. Especially customer service staff was wonderful. Check out and ordering very easy. I like to thank you guys I was a first time buyer and i had no problems. I have referd you guys to many of my friends and they love you guys as much as i do.

HORRIBLE!!! Never again! Purchased 4 items online 4-23. paid for white glove with a total of almost $8,000. Delivery promised for 14-21 days. Arrived 6-9. When order was placed, a couple of items were out of stock but they did not tell me. My cooktop arrived with parts missing. The box was torn and dented. Delivery people did not say anything when they unpacked it. When my installer brought it my attention a few days later. I notified the shipper and #1. No one responded. After speaking with the credit card company, I decided to buy one locally and ship #1's back to them. If they do not credit my account for the $1089. return shipping, I'll have to do a chargeback.
Not only that, they took so long to ship, that I could not do the $75. rebate on the dishwasher, it was delivered 9 days too late. Goes to show, sometimes cheap is expensive. They advertise a 10 year warranty but I did not get any paper work from them period. Only what they sent by e-mail and I wonder if I will even be able to get my rebate money using those for receipts.

I called number1appliance with some general questions about a dishwasher. I ended up buying a refrigerator, microwave, range and dishwasher. They were very helpful and informative and even gave a 10 year warranties on all of my products. Where else can you find that????

I was very apprehensive about shopping on-line for a large appliance but the Number1Appliance website is nice and have alot of brands. I eneded up calling thier customer service department to get help. They were very helpful and patient with me and understood that I don't normally shop on-line. They let me know that they price guaranty , have a 10 year warranty on 999 and up and free shipping. I told them what I was looking for and they pointed me in the right direction and I am very happy with it.

number1appliance has exceeded my expectations about buying on the interent. I wish all of my online purchases would be this easy. My parents are moving and will need new appliacnes and I will recommend number1 to them.

This is my 2nd purchase from number1appliance. I think the 2nd was better than the first, if thats possible. I never called number1 on the phone, there was no need to. There website was easy to use and delivery was very fast. I will be back to buy more!

I have never purchased anything over the interent before. I will have to say I am very satisfied with my purchase of appliances. Number1appliance gave me the best deal I could find anywhere. I'am remodeling my baseent in a few months and will definately be back!
