BEWARE! DISHONEST BUSINESS! I specifically ordered Canon brand inkjet catridges. My invoice listed Canon brand inkjet cartridges. The image on the web site showed Canon inkjet cartridges. What I got was a cheap knock-off brand and you had to remove the chip from your old Canon cartridge and install it on the substitute.
I contacted the company. They only offered to refund the purchase price, but not shipping charges in either direction. Obviously they have no concern for honesty or the integrity of their business.

My order, which was supposed to be shipped next day air, arrived 10 days later. I only received 4 of the 6 cartridges I ordered. I tried 2 of them and they were defective. By this point, I was so frustrated and unhappy with the entire process that I contacted them for a call tag to return the merchandise and get a credit. It took 10 days for the call tag to arrive, with which I immediately returned the package. It's been weeks and I still have not received my credit and my contact has stop responding to my emails.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS STORE. I ordered cartridges a week ago, with 2 day delivery. I still have yet to receive them after calling earlier this week to check the status of the order (it hasn't been updated on the site). I was told the order shipped, but have still not received it, nor have they updated the site with a tracking number for the order. I managed to get them on the phone once, and since have gotten the answering machine and no return call. On top of all this, they charged my credit card before the items even shipped. Ordered 2 toner cartridges from them, one was defective and one was the wrong model. I called. Customer service said they would send out new ones... OK, not so bad. About a week later, I received the new cartridges.
They sent the wrong items again... the exact model of toner as before - kind of frustrating since I made sure when I called they had the right number. When I called to say I wanted to return them, they refused and gave me the run around... over 20 minutes on the phone and all they could say is that I agreed to their sales conditions on the website when I ordered. Haven't read them, but I guess it states that if they send you the wrong items, or items that do not work, you're out of luck. Finally I threatened to go to AX, they finally said they would send me another toner. We'll see if this one is right or if I ever get it.
This company does not stand by their products and will not give refunds, even if it is their mistake. Use this website at your own risk.

Ordered a drum for my Brother HL-5150D and heard nothing for two weeks except an email with an invalid tracking number. I wrote an email asking for an update and got a response that they would check with the warehouse. After a few days I asked again and got no response. I finally wrote and told them to cancel the order as I had to order it from someplace else. I never got an answer but oddly it just happen to get shipped on that same day. Now they will not take the item back as they do not accept returns. Also, there were two phone numbers on their packing slip to call if you have issues. The first does not allow you to talk to anyone (tells you to visit their web site and hangs up) and the second IS DISCONNECTED! My advice is to run not walk from this company
I ordered a product from online supply store, and when I found out I made a mistake, I tried to cancel the order, just a few minutes later. After they delivered the product, they told me I could not cancel, but I could return for a 15% restocking fee. That would mean, having to pay for the shipping to me, and back to them and then a restocking fee. They don't sell the product, but make money anyway. I do not recommend dealing with them and stay away. I will never do business with them again. Thier service would have to improve to rate as poor.
I ordered a Xerox Phaser 6120 toner cartridge set on Dec 3rd. I did not receive it and everytime I called, they said that it was out of stock (no information on the site about this) and it was due in and would be sent out to me immediately. What a pack of lies. There was no tracking information given at all. This is the WORST site I have ever bought at. I have just requested a refund because I needed this yesterday.
