This is the only merchant I trust to provide all natural products for my cats. I love the cat food but with the cost of the food and the cost of the s/h, I am buying the Nutro brand from Petsmart and ordering inexpensive products from Only Natural Pet. I would love to get back on the Only Natural Pet foods, though. The website is a little difficult to manuever but I always find my way around. Other than that, I've never had any problems with placing my order, using the order reminder for products, or receiving my order.

I found the food that I needed to order was stocked at a local speciality pet store. I could have purchased the food locally without paying a shipping charge. I would only order on-line again if there was no shipping costs. Otherwise, I will buy locally. This isn't anything against the vendor - I received what I ordered. I just didn't like paying $30 in shipping when I could buy the products locally.

Only Natural Pet Store is a rare gem in today's trashy world. They uphold the specialty-quality of old days. They stick with a limited specialty and keep it superior quality. In this world where quality is getting more and more extinct, thank God for stores like this that are still around! Even the maker of the rawhide bones (Castor & Pollux) did not have their own product in inventory, where Only Natural Store did!! GREAT OUTFIT!

Even with a good natural foods store in town, some of the products i really like for my dog are not found there. ONP has what i'm looking for at reasonable prices (like local stores or better). Never had a problem with any order. Also I like their recycled/green packaging!
