Because of shipping policies, we had to order 8 pounds of food which our kitten had never tried before. As it turned out, she accepts one kind but hates the other so we are stuck. Perhaps there could be some way to order smaller quantities to try the food before spending $100.

Web site is easy to order from, it took a couple of days before the product was shipped, that was the only disappointment. I ordered it over the weekend but it didn't ship until Wed.

Great selection of hard-to-find, healthy brands of pet food. The only deterrent is the shipping and handling -- but that is unavoidable. I will order again in the future.

Good selection and excellant shipping time but it is a bit pricy as far as the prices on the merchandise but they are smart enough to sell it by the piece and not only by bulk.

excellent food delivered in a timely manner. Fortunately the foods do not have any of the toxic ingredients in them that have caused so much problems and the raw foods are extremely nutritious for the dogs
