Excellent. They E-mailed their concern regarding the fact that the Shipping charges were higher than the product prices. It is nice to have someone who cares about my pocket. Incidentally, on that matter, I do not see that any charges have been made from my account to pay for the goods. Perhaps this should be checked as I do not wish the suppliers to be out of pocket either!

Shipping policies are unclear on rush order items and I did not receive medicine for my pet when it was desperately needed and ended up at the Vet.
I paid $20 for 2nd day shipping and did not receive my merchandise for 5 days. Customer service at ONPS deemed me deficient in some way as they claimed information on their site explained expedited delivery service in full. It does not. Throughout years of online purchases, 2nd day delivery means delivery in two days, excepting Sundays of course and assuring the order is placed by a certain time (which it was). Despite my having spent more than 2000 dollars in the previous eight weeks with ONPS, nothing was offered to assuage my distress. I was merely treated as if I were less than intelligent by the phone service operators at ONPS.
I will not order urgent items from this company in the future and I am less confident in their services in general. Rather than continue to order my staple products from ONPS, I will look more diligently for the things I need for my pets in local stores, or simply request them.
I truly am saddened by this most recent experience with ONPS as I admire their committment to environmental concerns and resource preservation. With modest customer service, I would have continued to support ONPS wholeheartedly.
