This is the 2nd time that we've purchased products from this company on-line and we've been happy with them both times. The products are excellent and it makes it so much easier to keep our cats healthy being able to place orders on-line rather than going 75 miles away to the nearest natural shop that carries products for our trio. I'm satisfied, have suggested them to our friends and will continue to shop thru them to keep my girls healthy naturally rather than via the chemicals that are sold in most pet shops.

bottom line: good products at a decent price. i would love to see their line of products expanded to other pets besides cats and dogs; i own a ferret and would certainly buy natural ferret products from them.

The website was easy to navigate, and I found the users' reviews extremely helpful -- the Urinary Tract Support pills' description said that were "tasty fish-flavored treats" or something like that, but several users said their cats wouldn't eat them, so I got the Pill Pockets. The comments were correct. I wish the descrption of the Calming formula were more complete: I was expecting a powder, but it turned out to be a liquid. Perhaps if they posted a link to a scanned replica of the label, that would be nice. The box arrived in excellent shape, and the filling was biodegradable packing peanuts, which I always appreciate. Although the prices are a little high, the convenience and the hard-to-find nature of many of their products make them a great source.
