I was extemely happy with my purchase experience! A few of the pet beds I ordered were out of stock, but I immediately received an email letting me know they would be shipped as soon as they came in. The pet beds were even better than I expected them to be & well worth the price. The pets love them, they're well-made & easy to wash. They also readily ate the supplements, so I assume they must taste good as well as being good for them. I would definitely purchasr from Only Natural Pet Store again & have recommended the site to my pet-loving friends!

I shopped on line and as always I think that it is very easy to do. My Merengue can be a very picky dog (he is worse than a cat)and he enjoys his treats. I was looking to buy some Merrick Flossies but you were out of them. Although you were out of them you did make a suggestion of a different brand. Like I said Merengue can be picky... he doesn't seem to like Red Barn but the suggestion given was a very good one. Merengue did enjoy them very much. I use to drive /- 45 mins. to a Doggy Shop and their prices were sky high but I did buy from them. Ever since I found out of Only Natural Pet Store I don't have to worry about traffic or have to pay high prices. Everything is so easy to do not having to drive and battle traffic and the most important thing is that Merengue enjoys his treats!!!... the rest is just a bonus to me. Merengue is my baby and as I stated before he loves his treats and I love the fact that they are natural and good for him.

It was a really nice collar but I wish it had an easy open clip. It just takes a little while to adjust to my puppies neck. Other than that, I like the appearance of the collar.

I enjoyed the products and felt they are safe and healthy than most dog products on the market. The selection is varied with good descriptions and wonderful customer reviews to learn more about the product from a perspective more similar to mine. I think the layout of the website doesn't allow me to open up several windows of products because whenever I pulled up more than one product, the selection would mix up. For example: I pulled up a window on a certain brand of canned dog food and opened another window of dog beds that come in different sizes, and the canned dog food window showed selections for dog bed sizes instead of canned food flavors! Because I couldn't shop with more than one window open, it took a long time for me to find and add what I wanted to my online shopping cart.
