Feel the treats are quite high priced for what they are--at almost 12.00 for a small jar they are not something I can afford to buy very often. That was a sale price--they are even higher priced at regular.

first the order sat on a desk for 5 days until I called to find out if it was processed. Apparently at the end of the week they do a check to make catch all the ones they misplace. Then it took 16 days to get here!
NEVER AGAIN will I use this service. I could have walked there quicker!

Okay, but orders are sometimes backordered. This is unexpected and I usually deplete my stock and have to buy products elsewhere until my order finally arrives
I do have one complaint. I ordered two cases of Natural Balance canned food awhile ago and several of the cans (when they finally arrived-backordered) were dented so bad I could not open them with a can opener. I had to throw out 16 of 48 cans. If this happens again I will not be ordering from this store again.

Initially I was shipped the wrong product by mistake. I called and they were very pleasant and shipped me the correct product very quickly. In the end I was also told to keep the mistake product free of charge!
