I was able to easily select the specific version of sofware I was shopping for.  Others had avised that Adobe Acrobat 8.0 had fewer issues than the newest version 9.0 so I wanted to be sure that I was getting the fully functional verion of Acrobat 8.0 rather than an upgrade or partial copy.  The web site was easy to navigate and I was able to find the detailed product descriptions needed to make the right purchasing decision.  Specifically, I needed to make sure that I would be able to create .pdf documents out of Word and PowerPoint documents.

The website was easy to navigate, the item was in stock and the price was quite reasonable with quick shipping included.

I placed my order 10/29/09 w/Priority Overnight Shipping paying an extra $39 for it. Its almost 4pm EST and I have not received my shipment & The tracking # emailed to me by Outletdeal.com is an Invalid Tracking #. My Credit card was charged for the Adobe Acrobat 8 yesterday but it seems it was never shipped. I absolutely needed to have it today 10/30 for a job i'm starting on 11/2. Now I seem to be out $115 for the software & shipping and i cannot get a hold of anyone at this company. Not even through the live chat. No one responds by Phone or Chat. I think I was scammed & I dont have another $115 to buy it anywhere else!!!

I've bought sometimes in outletdeal and I like because, my software always is in good conditions, as I expected. These guys are great!

I found OutletDeal.com on Google Shopping.  I own a Computer Services company.  As such, I have access to the Microsoft Office OEM Preinstallation Kit.  This is great for when I want to sell computers with Microsoft Office on them, but not good when customers want their own media (CD).

Hence, why I found OutletDeal.com

Not only did they have what I was looking for (Microsoft Office Basic 2007 OEM), but they had it at a BETTER price than what I could purchase the license key for.

So, they had Genuine Microsoft Media and License Key for LESS than what I could purchase medialess.

I called ahead of time, to make sure the phone number was legitimate, and I saw they had good reviews on google shopping, so I purchased 2 copies.

Not only was the shipping free, but it was also timely.

Overall, I would rate Outlet Deal 5/5, and am back to purchase from them again.

They try to make sure we give a good review by giving coupon for reviews before order is placed, how accurate would review have been?
Anyways I found Office 2007 Small Business OEM 3 unit Pack from this store for $197.99. I thought this is a good deal because the students/home office 2007 is more than this, so I called to confirm the order (24 copies @ 8 pack). I got 5 pack and was told 3 pack on backorder.  Today I get email saying problem with order, they made a mistake it should be $197.99 each so they want to charge the balance (bait and switch?) or have us ship it back. I am suppose to uninstall all 15 computers and send the software back when it is their mistake?
11/02/09 update:
I am watching the credit card charges closely since this situation started, just to make sure they did not do an unauthorized charge.  Guess what happened? They charge extra $1000+ onto the card with out my authorization, I had to call the credit card company to dispute the charges but I guess they knew I would do that so they refunded the money which has yet to show on my statement.

They have better prices than elsewhere, it was very easy to order and the product arrived on time. Thanks Outletdeal!

After an exhausting search for Microsoft Office Project Standard 2007 full version that was not an upgrade or Academic version, I found Outlet Deal had the best price. They offered a promotional coupon that involved using their online help. The person that helped me not only offered quick responses but was very helpful.
