The Outletdeal had the best price on the Office Professional Academic and navigation on the websight was relatively easy.  I will know more once the software is received and applied.

I had never even heard of this website before, but the prices are dramatically cheaper than all other stores. This site was very easy to use for me. I will check this site first whenever I need to purchase any other PC products!

Software descriptions are important to decide what to buy and that's what helped me, just the necessary info.  Customer Support was very helpfull. Found the best prices.

This will be my second purchase form Outlet Deal. The site is easy to use, reps are helpful, and I received my last order nicely packaged and exactly as described.

Update: I am now placing an additional order from Outlet Deal (third purchase). My transactions have been smooth and the product is shipped very quickly, well packaged, and just as described. Very pleased.

Phone contact and chat contact was slower than expected. Pricing was OK, was the reason I spent the extra time on the phone and online. Miriam needs help when she gets busy like she is today.

 After many online searches Outletdeal.com was the most competitive and the price was right. I had a watch on Ebay for a product, I ordered it, and it was yanked from the site. That cost me time and money. I'd much rather order straight from a biz like Outletdeal. They have real people to help you and you're not gonna get it pulled out from under even after paying!
