I think that a first impression is important everywhere and even more if you are buying on the internet. OutletDeal got an 'A'. I called and the Customer Rep explained all the questions I had in a very nice and descriptive way. On my second purchase, the Chat was a very useful tool for me. The site is clear and with very good prices. I went through the check out without any problem. More? Yes! I had a special promotion. But the best is that I got what I asked for, authentic software.  I was looking for the retail version of Vista Ultimate. I found Outlet Deal had one of the lowest prices. Ordering from the 'lowest price' places (in general) makes me a little nervous as I wonder if the service will be good, etc.

  But, in this case, my order shipped the same day, I received it when I expected, and so far it appears to be exactly what I thought I was buying. (The web site made it easy to find what I was looking for. The only trick was finding the right Microsoft Part number to double check that I was ordering the normal version since MS has so many differnt versions...).

  I was surpised to see that the initial reserve on my Credit Card showed up as 'PayPal', but now that the charge has shown up officially it now shows Outlet Deal.

  Between fast shipping and a good price, I'm happy.

Found it fast, got it fast! And the service was great. You should also know if you write a comment like this they will give you 10 dollars off your order. You should also know that i had to write this before they would give me the ten dollars off.

My experience with the Outlet Deal Online Store was great. The order process was easy though it would be better if you could enter in different billing and shipping information but I was still able to make my purchase by contacting a sales associate. The sales associate was very helpful in get my order in. They have a huge selection and the best prices I have been able to find for all of the items I was purchasing from all over the web. I also like the fact that the shipping for all orders is free. That and the low pirces, well you can't beat that.  I would definitely purchase from them again.

the process was great, the prices are unbeatable, it arrived in a timely manner and the software did exactly what it was supposed to and was a genuine microsoft product.

I think the price is great (best price according to nextag comparison website). But the best is the assistance I have received. My case was relatively difficult to solve and someone called Miriam H helped me out both with finding the right software product among different MS Office versions and technical support- she redirected me to MS since the questions were beyond her competence at that point-.
