This is my first experience with this company.  The web page itself was very user friendly and the prices are definitely fair.  The only thing that did upset me is that when I was checking out, I noticed that I would be given a 10 discount, all that I needed to do was recieve a coupon coupon .  This was done by clicking the hyperlink with my mouse.  After doing so, I was directed to a customer service chat -line.  She proceeded to explain to me that the way I would receive my discount is by writing a review about my experience on-line or wait to recieve the product and write a review about the experience I had with them.  In my oppinion, this was misleading. 

This is my first shopping experience with Outlet Deal Online and the prices look good, plus I'm always happy to find a site that offers a free shipping option.

I found the website to have important and detailed information about the products of interest - full version, boxed version, CD, etc.  The online help feature was useful and I had multiple conversations that were recorded and came up for view when I called back.

I was a bit dismayed when I had to wait 20 minutes before placing my order.  However, customer service did return my call and help me place an order.

These Guys Are Awesome.  This is a software company you can really trust, great pricing and services and they pick up the phone.  I will do more business with you in the future.

So far so good.  Site was easy to use and found the product I wanted at a price 15% less than other sites.  At this point can't comment on delivery speed.  No charge for ground delivery so using that option.  Time will tell on that score.  Was able to get on line support fairly quickly, but did have to wait a few minutes.
