So far so good.  Site was easy to use and found the product I wanted at a price 15% less than other sites.  At this point can't comment on delivery speed.  No charge for ground delivery so using that option.  Time will tell on that score.  Was able to get on line support fairly quickly, but did have to wait a few minutes.

It was absolutely great!  I was surprised because my typical experience with the discount software sites is that of no customer service or waiting for long periods of time for a response.  Not Outlet Deal Online!  I wasn't sure about two variations of the product I wanted, so I asked for online assistance.  The wait time was very short and the representative (Miram) was knowledgeable and helpful.  The site is straightforward and user friendly.  I was able to make my decision in minutes.

The web site is very easy to navigate and provides plenty of detail.  If you do have questions you just click a button and can talk with a customer service person online.  I have not received my order yet so I can not comment on accuracy or delivery speed.

I found Outlet Deal Software via Nextag.  They had the lowest price for the item I was looking for. I was surprised at all of the additional items they had to offer - great selection.

It is so strange to have a truly free buying experience these days, but I was surprised to find this website that showed me an easy and quick way to buy. Definitely if I need software I'll come back.

I wanted to purchase Office 2007 Ultimate from Outletdeal but I had some doubts so I contacted customer service. The lady was knowledgeable about software, solved my questions and was friendly.

I searched yahoo for the product needed and found it was getting difficult to find at a reasonable price with expediting shipping as was needed in this case. Your company came up in the search with the item showing in stock and variable shipping options. The price was one of the lowest I found as well. I would definately buy again as needed as your company's pricing and shipping options fulfill my needs,

Finally, I found a real online store, fast shipping and excellent service! Wide variety of products. Definitely, the best option to buy software.

I was able to easily select the specific version of sofware I was shopping for.  Others had avised that Adobe Acrobat 8.0 had fewer issues than the newest version 9.0 so I wanted to be sure that I was getting the fully functional verion of Acrobat 8.0 rather than an upgrade or partial copy.  The web site was easy to navigate and I was able to find the detailed product descriptions needed to make the right purchasing decision.  Specifically, I needed to make sure that I would be able to create .pdf documents out of Word and PowerPoint documents.

I inadvertently pressed the "add to shopping cart" button more than once.  The web site allowed me to correct this duplication and confirm the change before proceeding to check out. This provided a level of transaction security which I appreciated.

The other feature which was nice is the ability to chat live with someone about questions I had.  That person was able to provide details about how to obtain savings on the subject transaction

This was my second experience with Outletdeal and I'm very pleased. The customer service is very nice and their prices are always very low!
