I put my order in first week of march. Still have/nt recieved no order and now it is may 16.2009 Evertime i call i get answering machine or talk to a lady that puts me on hold it feels like forever and never get get a reply its like we just get just disconnected I feel they are not being honest at all. They need to stop advertising their products. customer service sucks.

Never sent product after 1.5 months but charged my credit card.  Don't waste time calling since they transfer you to no one but silence.  People are rude when you call customer service.

Never received my order, never received a response to my emails, never managed to reach a human being on their toll-free line. I'm now disputing the charge (since they took my money a month ago!) on PayPal. I have no idea if I'll ever get my money back.

WARNING!!!!!

They bill your credit card immediately even if they do not have your product in stock. 3 days later, only if you send an email to ask why they have not shipped, they respond that product is backordered.

GOOD LUCK TO TRY AND CANCEL ORDER AND REQUEST A REFUND TO YOUR CREDIT CARD. THEY DO NOT RESPOND TO YOUR EMAILS OR PHONE CALLS.

I do not appreciate online vendors that bill you before they ship the product. Many good vendors DO NOT CHARGE YOUR CARD UNTIL THEY SHIP.

I WISH YOU LUCK IF YOU ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE.

Bad experience!  Ordered on line, heard nothing from them for 10 days, no email confirmation, nothing.  I called and spoke with someone who was not completely coherent, I did receive an email confirming after that and telling me there was a back order of the products.  After a month, I sent an email requesting the order be cancelled.  I received a reply that I must call them with my cc info to cancel the order.  Called and got a message that due to 'heavy volume' to contact them via email.  I am working with my credit card company to resolve this.

I never thought to read reviews of this company as I have ordered in the past and received my order quickly. 

Not this time.  I made the mistake of not using PayPal.  I used my Visa card instead.

As with others who have written reviews, they have charged my card, claim the product is backordered, do not answer their phone except to tell you to email them, have not replied to my email requesting them to cancel and refund my money. 

Obviously, I won't order from them again.  Have already ordered and received my product from Vitacost.  A little cheaper too.  Seems to me they are on the verge of going out of business and we are just out of the money they took from us.

I ordered from Outlet Nutrition on 12/5.  They charged my account on the 8th. On 12/11, they sent me an email stating that the item was backordered.  By the 18th I wanted to cancel the order, so I emailed 3 times.  I then realized I needed to call them (I've never had a problem resolving problems with merchants via email).  I called on 12/26 and was told they would "forward my request to customer service"...huh?  I thought I was calling customer service.  Finally today 12/30, I called and was told they would cancel the order and it would be 5-10 days before I would see the credit to my account.  The representative I spoke with actually had the nerve to tell me she had "been swamped all day" and that if she didn't take care of it right away she would forget...???WHAT???  I work in customer service, and that was certainly unprofessional.  I am very dissatisfied with this company.  Buyer beware!

BEWARE!!!!! You pay and they don't ship

They ran our credit card the same day as the order was placed and we received an order confirmation.  Weeks later we never received the products ordered.  We repeatedly tried to phone them, only to receive a recorded message.  We repeatedly emailed them never to receive a response.  All we ever wanted was for them to ship what we rightfully paid for.  They took our payment and provided no products in return.
The worst part of it was their evading any contact with us to advise as to what the problem was.

If you want to pay for a product and never receive it this is the company to deal with.

Something is definitely wrong and we hold Yahoo Stores responsible for allowing trash like this to damage Yahoo's good reputation.

Just want to add my complaint about this place to the pile. I ordered from this company before and my order arrived in a good amount of time. The last time I placed an order was very different. It was February and I still haven't gotten most of my order. One part was sent after I complained twice.

I complained several times only to be told my items were on backorder. The last message I got from them said they'd give me a 5% coupon for my next order. Do they think I'm a complete moron? There's no way I'd order from them again.

I THINK THEY ARE ON CREDIT HOLD READY 4 B.K.

They went downhill real fast for some reason.

I ordered twice before from them and they had super fast shipping and packaging was superb. 

Third time.... uh, hello, are they there????  I placed an order for over $260 and they FINALLY write me back and say that their supplier doesn't have the items YET.  Hmmm.... can you say C~R~E~D~I~T H~O~L~D???

I know from personal experience as a buyer for a popular computer catalog order company that when things don't ship, the company is usually on credit hold and following the credit hold are those not so sweet initials "B.K.". 

I think they are on credit hold as MOST of the items I ordered are from NOW Nutrition.  Since they can't even do a PARTIAL shipment I suspect it's credit hold so they don't have product to send and if they don't have product to send but have overhead, they will then go B.K. and if you paid by anything other than a credit card... well, um... YOU are a creditor and will never see your money again.

I'm very VERY unhappy with their current service.  Very much so.

I ordered items on the 11th., waited the whole week and since I did not receive any confirmation of the items having shipped out, I emailed them because I had to travel and the items where a gift that I had to take with me.  They said they could not deliver by the time I needed! After a whole week! So I had not chance to either order somewhere else, they had my money and said they would refund.  It has been 5 days, I have not received the money back. I emailed them, I called them and it is just an answering machine. So  I put a claim with Paypal.

I don't know how long they usually take to ship, but after waiting the whole week, to be told they could not deliver and would refund the money! I was so upset with how I wasted my time.  The worst, they had the money and I could not buy not even in some store, plus I could not find the itmes anywhere in store, just online and that is why I had to order. By then I could not do anything. Still waiting for my money....

This Company is the WORST company to do business with. I placed an order with them on Nov. 5, 2008.  It is now January 16, 2009.  Not only have I not received my products, I have been lied to, mislead as to when I would receive my products and now they WILL NOT even respond to me e mail. I will now be forced to get an attorney involved.

Terrible customer service and communication!

I have ordered several times from Outlet Nutrition, all without issues until this last time...what a 180 degree turnaround!

On February 1st, 2009 I ordered 2 different items, one in a quantity of three and the other with a single quantity.  The item i the quantity of three was apparently backordered...but Outlet Nutrition charged my credit card anyway.  I received absolutely no communication from them that there was a backorder.  Several weeks later, I emailed them inquiring about my order...no response, so I called their number and was told about the backorder.  I called every few weeks thereafter to check on the order, and toward the end of April they finally shipped a partial order.  I have emailed them again to find out when the rest of the order will be shipped, but again no response.  If I had not contacted them, they would apparently never have let me know about the backorder, and it has now been almost 4 months since the order (and since they charged my card!), and still half of the order hasn't been shipped!  THIS IS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER SEEN!!!

The Worst experience in ordering on the net. Credit card was charged immediately, order placed March 15, and now it is June 11 and I have only received part of my order and only after I threatened to contact the Better Business Bureau in April, did they finally respond and send part of the order. Now their site is down and their phone number is disconnected. They are frauds and do not operate an honest business. Stay far away.

I place an order with Outlet Nutrition on 4/29/09 and as of today 5/13/09 have not received the order.  I have made SEVERAL attempts to contact Outlet Nutrition but ALL the voice mail boxes are full and not taking messages.  I have sent them 3 emails and haven't heard back from them.  I absolutely would NOT do business with them again.  BUYER BEWARE!!!!

I emailed the company to report a very minor complaint about some of the containers having loose tops and a little spillage of the contents. Never heard back from them. Despite that, their rockbottom prices will keep me coming back.

The product was packed well and arrived in a timely manner. I was very pleased to get a reasonable price. Emails were sent so that I could track the package. My mother wanted iFlora, too and doesn't have a computer. I gave her your order phone number and she said the person who helped her was very pleasant and honored the internet discount. Her product also arrived promptly. Thank you!

Initially I could not find any tracking information to find out when my purchase had been shipped. I cannot remember exactly but I either called or sent an email to inquire and received a quick reply and apology. The information appeared almost immediatley. My purchase arrived soon after that. I feel satisfied in how this was handled.

product was backordered, but I didn't find that out until I only received 2, instead of 3. Shipping cost was the same, so higher than anticipated "per can" Package was not marked "fragile" and was left overnight to freeze in the mailbox because I wasn't home to get it.

The problem is not necessarily with the merchant, but with the producer of the product that is located in Taiwan. The merchant explained to me that shipments are sometimes held up in customs for some reason. The irritating part with the merchant, is their lack of proactivity in reporting on problems and delays. A simple automatically generated update once/wk will keep customer opinion higher than only answering questions once the customer has prompted.
