this is the third chance i am giving PC Richard to set things right. last monday they delivered a dented refrigerator--should i say dumped-- with no set up or leveling. now when i asked them to return and fix the problem they were no shows,calls or emails on wednesday or today monday a week later. you are taking a big chance with your money when you order from them.

We orderd the West Bend 74706 toaster oven.  P.C. Richard had the lowest price, the shipping was free and the oven was shipped the next day. The oven arrived in two days in excellent condition.  We baked some bisciuts and oven performed perfectly.  We also baked some brownies and they came out perfect too.  We are very pleased!  Highly recommended seller.

I ordered Sony HDR-SR11 camcorder for $699.95 on 12/22/08 on their website. I called next day to get the status and CSR told me that it is backordered and will ship when it arrives. Next day my credit card was charged full amount. I called back on 12/29/08 to seek the status. CSR told me that this product is discontinued then I asked the reason for charging my cc. He is saying that my card needs to be charged to get the product from manufacturer once it arrives they will ship it to me. That is bad practice. This is my first and last purchase from them. I asked them to cancel my order. I will wait and see for the refund.

I bought a $900 air conditioner from PC Richards on Central Ave in Yonkers, they were terrible!! The unit leaked all over my carpet. When I had them come back they made me wait 5 day! They called and harrased me! They are the worst! Don't buy anything from them! They have no professional customer service!

This online store is a prime example of how to do it right!Late November I found the best price for my son's Nintendo DS Lite system,they offered free shipping and tho' we are on opposite coasts,I received it via UPS Ground in a very timely manner...product arrived in perfect condition...will do business with them again...highly recommend!

I recently bought a Sharp portable air conditioner at P.C. Richards. The model is the CVP12LX which is supposed to cool a large room. I paid $700 for a piece of junk. Sharp sent a technician to my home to check it. He said that it was working properly, but I don't see how that can be so because it doesn't even cool a 180 square foot room. The store absolutely refused to take it back. I do not recommend P.C. Richards or portable air conditioners. The hose gets very hot and the room only cools by a few degrees. And it's not even that quiet as they advertise. I could have spent $200 for a small window air conditioner that would have worked better. P.C. Richards does not take back air conditioners. I would recommend a smaller appliance store who cares more about their customers.

I have never shopped P.C. Richard&Son before and didn't know what to expect. I should have expected the "very best" because that is exactly what I received, from their customer service, to placing an order, to receiving my Microwave. Courtesy, Knowledge, Helpfulness, the best price anywhere and free shipping all the way to Connecticut. I couldn't ask for anything more.

Ordered a refrigerator from them 1 month ago...told me it would be delivered that Monday. So, I stayed home and waited for the delivery and no one came...I called the store 3 times and they couldn't help me. They finally said that the warehouse didn't deliver my fridge and it would be in by the next Monday. Guess what didn't show up the next Monday! Finally, I got through to some manager who told me that the fridge was DISCONTINUED! So, my landlord picked out another fridge guaranteed to be delivered the next Monday-guess what didn't show up?!?! I called and that fridge was discontinued too. I finally told them to bring me a more expensive fridge but charge me the same price THAT DAY (I had now been without groceries for 4 weeks!)! They had the nerve to send me a much worse brand of fridge (that my landlord said that she specifically DID NOT want) and said they took the rest of her money and applied it to a 5 year warranty! Are you kidding me???? NEVER NEVER shop here!
