I contacted the merchant by phone, to ask some questions about the product. The person I dealt with, was very nice, and answered my questions very satisfactorily! The price for the item I purchased was very good, and shipping was free. I would definitely shop with the merchant again.

Price was best when considering price tax shipping, and transaction was all as expected, no problems, no delays.
Only (very) minor issue was that I could not figure out long it would take to receive the item in advance of placing the order. Would be nice to get estimated delivery dates before choosing shipping method or even placing the order. In fact it DID turn out to be reasonable ship dates, etc, but would be nice to know sooner in the process.
