The service was fine, but there is no way to contact them if I wanted to return the item. I would have liked to change the model, but could not find any way of doing it.

I ordered on line and printed a confirmation. Then I rec'd an email confirmation of my order saying the next info I would receive would be shipment info. Except the next email I rec'd said there was a problem with my order and I needed to call PC Richard and Son before they could complete my order and ship it. I called on the following Monday, Aug. 10th and rec'd my TV on Monday, Aug 17th which was within the 3-5 days I was given by PC Richard and Son. So, I'm satisfied.
