Parts Train will be glad to rip-you-off

Be sure to order from partstrain.com if you don't mind throwing your money away! I ordered two parts that were supposedly 'In Stock' and made the mistake of paying for 2nd day shipping. I depend on my truck to get to work and expected delivery on Oct. 3rd. The day parts were supposed to arrive, I received a generic email stating the part was 'Not in Stock.' I tried calling this CA based company, who hung up on me 3 times. They said one part was shipped. The next day I got another email saying 2nd part was also 'Not in Stock.' To add insult to injury, I cannot get Parts Train to refund the $35 shipping charge. When I call, they put me on hold and never return. Order from partstrain.com only if you like being ripped-off and abused.

I got almost all of my parts at Parts Train. It started when I met an accident and I need to replace parts of my car which is wrecked. I need to have a hood, bumper, fender and window motors. I need to have a fast and cheap store that meet my needs. A friend suggest this site. I'm new in the online shopping so I'm quite scared. After browsing to their site, I haven't noticed that I bought all of my parts from them and gave my card numbers in span of 30 minutes. I called their toll fee numbers to check if they got my orders and the representatives are courteous. After 3 days I get my parts in perfect condition. Good Job!

I purchased a hubcap for 1993 Mercury Station Wagon from this place. But first, not only did they sent me a hubcap for 1995 Ford Escort which looked completely different from my existing ones on the car they also insisted that the hub cap they sent me was the right one and I should keep it!!
Second, Parts train does not have customer service people. When I called to let them know that the item I received was not what I ordered, I had to speak with a mentally disabled person, who was chewing on food by the way, said that if I didn't want the item I needed to send it back to get a refund MINUS SHIPPING cost.
No matter how hard I tried, I just couldn't make this moron understand where I was coming from and what I wanted to do.
At the end, I shipped the item back. Got a refund minus $10.00 for shipping.
Beware!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Great company, as long as you don't have a problem. Customer service has no idea what the ware houses are doing, or if anything was ever shipped. I ordered two exhause components for an 93 honda. I got two tracking numbers the next day. One part came within 2 days. The other part has yet to be given to Fedex. After another week, I had had enough, ( and enough excuses about a third warehouse) and asked for a refund. While this refund has been promised, we have yet to see it appear. I paid with paypal, so I initiated a dispute there, and with the BBB in california for U.S. Auto parts Network (the parent company). Then I get a repeat today of last week's email...with the SAME BAD tracking number!! I need to learn to speak Phillipino, just to chew out customer service in their native language.
