the photoshop was not a download as Arthur Schwartz advertised at his website. It would have taken hours to figure out and that is not what I bargained for. He also said money back guarantee but refused to return my money to me as soon as I found out what his download entailed.

Arthur Schwartz then went on to seriously threaten me. Beware because the supposed safe buying PAY PAL are not safe or honest anymore and are supporting Perfect Shareware and Art Schwartz's misrepresentation on software and extortion of money from buyers and threats.

Also if you punch in Arthur Schwartz's name online as a search there are tons of criticism against this dishonest and threatening seller.

I was able to download Photoshop CS2 quickly and easily. Plus I also received other great software included in my purchase. Well worth the price I paid.

Loved the money I saved with this company. Got Photoshop CS2 and many photoshop plugins from them. I plan on using them again.

I had been looking around for a while for a good price on Photoshop CS when I saw their AD. I am happy to say I was able to download Photoshop CS and install it without any problems. Will be recommending them to my friends.

I highly recommend you do not purchase any software from EITHER website perfect-shareware.com or directsoftwareconnection.com.  Do not lose your money like I did!  After becoming suspicious of the site and complex download instructions, dead links, and Art Schwartz refusal to refund my money, I want to warn all other potential buyers!  This site claims to be an authorized adobe software store but Adobe does not show this for Florida as a valid online reseller.  Also, the method of download is very suspicious and unconventional.  He sends you an email with various complex download instructions, links and serial numbers.  Very strange, perhaps illegal.  I have reported this website to the ic3.gov as well.

Great way to get software. Saved a bundle on software with them. The software downloaded very fast and the site was very easy to use. They have warm and friendly tech support.

Don't waste your time and money here. You don't actually get adobe for $24.95 It will automatically put you in as a two month membership for $49.95 to download software.

Can not register programs on line, You will get you a code to make it work if you get that far! This is another expensive lesson learned the Hard way, Cost me $49.95 for nothing. If you go to the credit card company for a charge back they threaten to put a mark on your credit record for you. That is in the print on the site after you pay to join.

I should have known it was to good to be true, a high priced program for $24.95, yeah right!

While checking my online banking statement, I saw a $49.95 charge from "Perfect Shareware" on 7/5/2007. I have no idea how I was charged by that company because I never use my debit card online, and I have never been to that website or anything like it before in my life.
So somehow he has taken $49.95 out of my account without me signing up for anything! Now I have to go to the bank to press charges and all that other nonsense. This is quite frustrating.
After searching online for Perfect Shareware, I came to this site and found what I was afraid of. If he can get into someone’s account that has never been to his website before, who know how many people he has scammed money from without them knowing. I just called my bank, and now I have to waste my time to go straighten out a mess because Arthur Schwartz is too lazy to get a real job.

I had a bad experience with this company - and Art Schwartz in particular. A year or two ago I bought into the "full versions of high priced software" - I'd just bought a new computer and none of my old software worked on it. Well, the downloads didn't work as promised and after much back and forth with the company, I didn't get a refund - or any useable software either! I chaulked it up to stupidity on my part. I recently was looking over my unbilled activity on my credit card and there was a charge for $49.95 from Perfect Shareware and I couldn't figure out what it was for - I had forgotten the name from before. I tried calling the phone number next to the charge - not a good number. I Googled Perfect Shareware and thanks to your site I made the connection. I would recommend that anyone with a similar experience should cancel their credit card number as I did and dispute the charge. I seems that this guy - once he has your info- will periodically bill your credit card for the same $49.95!!! What a scam!!!!!

You pay by card, wait awhile, then get an email with instructions SO COMPLICATED only God can figure them out. Then, you have to pay MORE money for the ability to download the program you already paid for, unless you want to sit at your computer for HOURS and HOURS, downloading one file at a time. I do not know if the software works or not but I know the site is a total rip off. I asked for my money back and all I got was threats. I will be reporting this site and Art Schwartz to any and all consumer protection entities I can find. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SITE!

Got a great price on Photoshop CS2 plus I received a bunch of great Photoshop Plug-ins included with the order at no extra charge. The software downloads were quick and easy. When I had a question their customer service got back to me in less than an hour.

Hard to believe this site is still operating. After years of dedicated UseNet spamming and after being bounced from ISP to ISP for violating the terms of service, Perfect Shareware is still in the business of scamming people and taking money in return for lists of bootleg pirate sites--many of which are useless.

Oh, and don't complain or ask for a refund. You'll get harrassment, angry phone calls, threats to be reported to the police for software piracy, and a massive credit card bill.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! SCAM! FAKE!

This company is nothing but a front for bootleg software.
I tried to work with Art and got nothing but run arounds.
