A very pleasent shopping experience with speedy shipping and excellent service

I recently placed an order with Personalizationmall.com. At first I was unsure about placing the order because I had never placed an order online before. I have to say that this was very easy to do. I called to make sure that they did receive my order and spoke to a very nice young lady who assured me that they had my order and that it would ship out in just a few days. I received an e-mail this weekend letting me know that my order had shipped. I cant wait to receive my items and I will defiantly use this company again.

Very bad service ,Extremely poor customer service.

I ordered a wedding anniversary gift and it took them a week to respond to my order and got it after 2 weeks.But one problem it was done in their way not as I requested.So contacted customer service through e mail and phone and at last they agreed to do it again for free.Gave the correction in writing and talked to some manager and he said will be done right this time.Again waited for 2 weeks and this time 2 mistakes were corrected one still remains.Contacted customer service again. 4 emails 3 voice mails,but no body responded.After continuous phone call they refunded the money and said to make it correct need to place the order again do the same circus.Will never shop there and won't recommend it for anyone.

Horrible store

This store is AWFUL. They do not stand behind their products. I ordered a pocket watch from them and the personalization looks horrible, and the watch is not what was pictured. Their stuff is very cheap quality yet it's expensive to buy. And the shipping charges are high. The customer service team is horrible to work with and of course nothing can be returned, which they dont say anywhere until you've bought some of their junk.

Never recieved items and PM Customer Service is not helpful AT ALL.

Did not recieve items I ordered. Had to continuously (initiate) contact with PM for an update, all they gave me was a canned response. They pretty much now have washed their hands of the whole matter and instructed me to contact UPS, leaving me out the items and my money. I do alot of online shopping, never have I had customer service as bad as Personalization Mall.

Jean R with Personalization Mall.com called me when she read my poor review on the items I received Feb 09. She apologized for the situation, asked me to take a picture of the item and email to her. They had already replaced one of the 2 items. I emailed her the photo within a few hours. She then immediately shipped me a replacement. DON'T BUY HERE! Delivery speed: average. Customer service: POOR. Overall satisfaction: HORRENDOUS! My mother and I placed an $80 order from personalizationmall.com and the products that we received looked like they were worth about $10 total. We ordered a crayon rollup and the name embroidery could hardly be read and half of the crayons were broken. We ordered a teddy bear baby blanket for $30 that looked like it was worth about $3. The only thing we were remotely happy with was the personalized frame. We contacted customer service twice with our disappointment and both times we were basically told "too bad, it's not a manufacturing problem, you're out of luck." We cannot get any money back, despite the horrible quality. DON'T BUY HERE!

I couldn't have asked for better service!

I was a little nervous ordering from PersonalizationMall.com after reading some of their past reviews but there were some gifts I just couldn't find anywhere else so I took a chance and ordered. I couldn't have been happier with how my order was handled. The day after I placed my order, their customer service team called me with a question about my the personalization I had entered. I had overlooked a spelling error and they wanted to double check with me before proceeding with the order. They were very courteous on the phone and I couldn't believe they how they went out of their way to help me avoid an embarrassing mistake! The following day I received a tracking number in my email. Despite my error when ordering, the item still shipped in the 1-2 days they advertised. When my items were delivered it was clear everything had been packed very carefully and all my gifts were in perfect condition and even better than I had imagined. With the holidays coming up, I know I will be returning to PersonalizationMall.com and shopping with confidence!

I ordered from PersonalizationMail.com "I'm a big sister" Infant T-shirt and I'm the little Sister" infant T-romper for the gift to my friends. I received my order in time and I really liked the design of the clothes. The problem was that the clothes were extremely big: they would not fit to my friends' babies for a long time. T-romper probably will not fit at all. Obviously, when I've got the invitation from the website to write a review, I wrote a negative one. My review was not published. Now, I don't see any point in reading the positive reviews on the company's website: they cannot be trusted.

I as well will not use Personalization Mall again. I ordered something for my husband for valentines day and even though the post office says that it was delivered, it was not. I called them and they can't do anything for my until the "Tracer Investigation" is over. This was supposed to be for Valentines Day, so there is not much time. I feel that this is poor customer service. Now there is little time for me to do something else.

I have to say, my experience was EXCELLENT!!! I absolutely LOVE the website & merchandise on it and the quality of the items I recieved. I got everything even faster than I expected and was totally happy and would not hesitate to order from them again. In fact, I have passed their website to all my friends and family to use. As I wrote in my original message, the lettering on the throw I purchased was nice, but the quality of the throw itself was not. It was not made in the USA, has a wrinkled appearance, especially in the area of the embroidery, and I felt embarrassed to give it as a gift. I was informed that the item could not be returned or exchanged because of the personalization, I would understand that, but I did not anticipate being dissatisfied with the fabric itself.....there was no way I could have predicted that. I expected you to stand behind your product and you did not, I won't make this mistake again.

the picture on the lucite was great however, it was only painted on and VERY EASILY to come off while picking up to look at. I was under the impression that it would be engraved somehow to the lucite to make sure it would stay on. The whole picture was put on but the only thing to stay was the engraved "We Love You Dad 2007" on the front side. I have never been MORE DISAPPOINTED in this store as I am now about this very special item I bought for a very special person. All the money I spent to get I LOVE YOU DAD 2007 on a almost clear lucite was not even close to worth it. I am finally finished with this store. It's not the first problem but is with a second as bad item. No more wasting my money. I came to this store years ago with high hopes and was satisfied till here lately in the last few months with my last few orders. They were messed up and unsatisfactory and all I got was a chance to pay out more money with nothing being settled about what had went wrong. Yes, I am very unhappy with your store. Thanks for the good times and items for I will not come back and I am telling others of the very unsatisfactory items I have as well as showing the items. The Portfolio Bag that I ordered had the monogram done wrong and I contacted them and they sent a new bag immediately they were very helpful and did everything they could to make sure that my product was done right and that I was satisfied with my order. I have already ordered from them again and will not hesitate to do so again in the future. They offered very professional service, and it was a pleasure ordering from them.
I recommend them to anyone looking for these types of monogrammed gifts or articles.
