Totally negative experience.

PetMarket requires a twenty dollar (20.00) order minimum. Since I only wanted one harness for 7.99, I declined to finish my order.
I tried to call customer service about the startling requirement for a minimum order but no one answered.
The same with a email.

Was my first time ordering and am happy with the experience. They had the lowest price for what I wanted. It arrived earlier than expected. The invoice in the box was wrapped in plastic to avoid any damage the merchandise might cause, it was even personally signed by the person who packed it, including a smiley face sticker. Made feel they care about their customers and their products.

Petmarket has great prices on wholesale pet products

I got another great deal from petmarket. I've been a long time customer of petmarket and have been buying dog cages for my business from them for the last few yrs. I have found their prices to be the best on the web, and selection is great too. They have one of the largest collection of Dog cages, sizes and colors. Staff is helpful with any questions about the various products. Good job, petmarket, I'll shop again.

While the following is still true, please note the addendum at the end...
NEVER ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE. I ordered two expensive cages from them and received only one. It looks as though the second wasn't even shipped, but they sure remembered to charge my card promptly. All attempts to contact them so far (three days) have been fruitless, both by phone and by email. I think I will be very lucky to see either the cage OR a refund. Incidentally, I have NEVER had such a bad experience with an online retailer before.
ADDENDUM: I received the second cage the day after writing the above. The cages themselves were fine. I am even semi-satisfied with the delivery time. What I am NOT happy with is the lack of customer service. I STILL haven't received ANY answer to my emails or calls, not that I need answers anymore. And I still would NOT recommend this store and will certainly not shop there again.

Real fast shipping and great prices

I had a great experience shopping at petmarket.com I needed a bark collar for my dog, it was easy to find the right one. They shipped it the next day, and sent me a tracking number. It was at my door in just a few days, that was real fast. I highly recommend petmarket and will shop there often, love the low prices.

Filed Complaint with Better Business Bureau

I had to file a complaint with the BBB to get Petmarket to respond to me after they sent me the wrong cage, which I ordered from www.cagesdirect.com. After they got the cage back, they said they had sent me the right cage and therefore would not refund shipping. After that I told them they had 10 days for a full refund before I filed more complaints against them and the manufacturer & shipper, Prevue. My money was refunded on the 10th day, 4 weeks after the cage was sent back.

Worrisome

There was no response to my email requesting order ship verification after 10 days.
I could not believe it took 11 days to ship my order when the order confirmation said it would ship in 2-3 days.
When they did ship my order, they sent me two emails, my order and a second email with another womans account number and other personal info to me.
I received my order in about 2 and a half weeks.
I would never order from them again.

THIS COMPANY LIKES TO STEAL FROM IT'S CUSTOMERS. PLEASE DON'T LET THEIR WEBSITE FOOL YOU. Like many others I have had a TERRIBLE experience with PetMarket.com. I ordered two large dog beds and only received one. There was no shipping/package receipt with the order, which makes tracking impossible. Although I have ALREADY paid for two beds (100+) to date (5/23/04) I still - let me say it again - STILL have not heard one word from anyone at this company. To me they are a joke and I'm telling everyone about them. I will sue them for the balance due me. As for customer service, please my dog provides more attention to a matter than these people do. Hummmm let see call their phone # only to be told to send a email. Gee how many emails have I sent - a few - how long has this been going on - OVER 1 1/2. I wish anyone who shops here good luck. I WAS RIPPED OFF BY THIS COMPANY and I'm fighting back.

customer service is the absolute worst

We ordered a bird cage using a debit card and it arrived damaged. We returned the damaged cage and Meryl (customer service) would not allow us to apply credit for the damaged cage for a new cage so we stupidly bought a whole new cage with another credit card anticipating a refund for the first cage. It’s been well over 30 days and still no refund after repeat emails and phone calls.
The prices seem great but “customer service” is absolutely the worst I ever dealt with.
I wrote to Prevue Pets who manufactured the cage and dropped shipped it for Pet Market. (The cage is beautiful and perfect– I have NO issue with Prevue or their products.) Prevue had refunded pet Market for the cage and shipping days earlier but Pet Market claimed that they just found out that evening that a credit had been issued. That was 7 days ago and still no credit has been issued.
Word to the wise…do not use Pet Market and if you must, use a credit card NOT a debit card so the charges can be disputed.

I purchase by phone a bark collar. Was confused as to which one to purchase that would help stop my yappy dog (my neighbors have been complaining). Let me tell, the customer service rep. was so . . . helpful.
She put me at ease about my collar choice and it was received within a few days.
They are aces with me! :)

Awful customer service, my order status was 'pending' for about 5 weeks and none of my calls or emails were returned when I asked for updates. Then they charged more money to my credit card without asking, saying that they didn't carry the product I ordered anymore, but would send me a better one. The product arrived, incomplete, and when I tried to resolve the issue the woman on the phone yelled at me! Very unprofessional and slow throughout the whole process, I would highly recommend purchasing pet products elsewhere.

Horrible, no customer service and no idea if you will ever receive your product. It certainly isn't shipped within any reasonable time frame. I'm just hoping it is shipped and wish I'd found this site sooner.
