I purchased many items from PetMountain on my first order.  I have two freshwater aquariums.  These items included canopy lights, fish food and water conditioning products.  I received my order within days and received free shipping.  They had a special and if you met the minimum purchase requirement there was no charge for shipping the order.  I saved about 25% off going to the local store, and everything was packed perfectly.  With one exception they had everything I was looking for.  I had a question on one item and called them direct.  Prompt, friendly and courteous! I have ordered a couple times from Petmountain.com and they have excellent prices, affordable shipping as well as great customer service. I have had nothing but good experiences with my purchases.
And it seems like every time I go back online to buy something, they have added more products and selection, which is helping me to do all my purchases at one online store that has everything i need.
I highly recommend this online store to all pet lovers like me ;o)

Interesting to find that reviews in 2009 are not favorable. I emailed the
company with questions approx a week ago about something I was
thinking of purchasing.-Have yet to receive a response.
Going elsewhere to purchase the item. After reading 2009 reviews, I too am wondering if this company is a scam, legit. If legit company, their customer service is obviously poor.

PetMountain.com has so many items, I shop here for my Dog, Fish and my wife's cat. The prices are the lowest I could find and the package was on our doorstep within days. Finally a one stop shop for all my pet needs! I will shop here again!

Received the order quickly but realized I had ordered a couple of wrong items.  Returned them for a refund (minus restock fees of 15%) and the return was at my expense.  I now have been waiting for a partial refund for 3 weeks.  It appears they like collecting money but hate to process refunds.
