Although we paid over $30 for 2-3 day delivery, the shoes did not arrive until 10 days after we placed the order. Fortunately, they were satisfactory - or else we would have had to return them at our own expense. We will go back to Zappos.com, which sends things quickly and pays for returns when necessary.

The product that I ordered was correct on the packing slip inside the box for both model and size. However, the item in the box was the wrong size but the correct model. I have been busy and have not shipped the item back for replacement. I will do that at the beginning of next week.

While the phone operators knew essentially nothing about the products (and shouldn't be used as experts in the fields of ski or snowboarding), they were very nice, and the product arrived even before promised (in excellent condition). Peter Glenn is a great resource for a wide variety of winter sports products. It's just a shame they can't be staffed by people who actually participate in these sports and use the products.
