Overall a good experience. Not quite sure of the advice I got on one phone call about the proper shaft for the Driver I bought and won't be sure till it is put to use on the course. But I don't think they generally promised anything they didn't deliver.

This is the second time that I have purchased from them and am very satisfied. I needed a new grip for my driver that I had purchased and used several times. Since it had been less than a year, they sent me a new grip, no questions asked and I paid $2.00 at my local retailer to have it installed. That is less than shipping and faster. Pine Meadow is very responsive, fast with orders and have quality products. I could not be happier.

The website design is very good. The ordering process is smooth and there are plenty of opportunities to review what it is you are purchasing. I particularly liked the online club fitter. The products themselves are excellently crafted and of superb quality.

this was the first time that I even considered to purchase golf equiptment on-line. after this experience pinemeadow will be my first stop. It would be nice to receive some sort of appreciation gift for firsttime buyers or for those that purchase over $500.00.
