I love Pinemeadow Golf. The website is great due to it's club descriptions, large selection and customer reviews of the clubs. Ordering was a breeze and it only took one day to ship my clubs. Email notifications were timely.

I had originally ordered the 7 & 9 clubs from their August special. I was notified by e-mail that they had sold out. I was given a number to call if I would accept a replacement. I did not want to order the replacement and called to tell them to cancel my order. I was very disappointed about the situration and I felt that the customer service rep knew it. I was immediaely e-mailed and told to take 35% off any club, free shipping or anything else I thougt was fair. I called them and order a set of the 7 & 9 synchron II woods. I was very happy with the customer service. They went over and above trying to help me. I will order some more clubs from them in the future. I am impressed with the company and the way they do business.

I found Pinemeadow via a web search. I am very satisfied with my purchase of my titanium driver, although I wish I would have selected an additional 1 inch on my driver's shaft. My old driver is actually +1", but I thought it was standard length, which is what I happened to select on my Pinemeadow driver.
I hit my new Pinemeadow driver as long as my old Cleveland driver, but the Pinemeadow driver, remember has an inch to an inch and a half shorter shaft than the Cleveland. It's too bad that I will never know how far it would have hit with the same length shaft as the Cleveland. Because my Pinemeadow club is such a good value, I don't know if it is worth it to ship it back and get it reshafted. Instead, I may go to a local dealer and have it done here in Seattle.
All in all, I am very satisfied with my purchase. I'll probably buy a new club next year since this season is pretty much over and it looks like the rain is back here finally in Seattle (and probably for you guys in Portland). I am in medical school, and I have a chance to complete my 3rd year in London, England. I will definately bring my new Pinemeadow club with my other sticks (whether I have gotten my new driver reshafted or not) and see how it performs over there.

Everything went great except for I didn't receive one part of my bag. When I called about I got excellent service and they were very apologetic. The only problem
I felt was that I paid an arm and a leg for next day custom
shipping on my order, but when I was sent the piece I was missing it was sent ground.

Pinemeadow were superb. However they did not reply to an e-mail indicating problems with the UPS delivery.
UPS in the UK were a nightmare - driver ran away when he heard next door's dog! Indicated he could not deliver even thought we were in at the time. When it was delivered UPS insisted on extracting double the amount of due Tax, and I had to arrange a rebate which involved yet another visit by UPS.
Would be reluctant to use Pinemeadow again if they rely on UPS to do the deliveries in the UK.
