I have bought a driver 2 iron and 5 iron hybrid and the quality of the clubs have been excellent. The customer service is great the clubs shipped on time. I will definitely shop the web sight again.

Made a mistake in my order...had already received the golf clubs (on time)...I called them to see if I could still returned that club, they sent me a UPS mailing sticker by emnail free of charge to return the product, and sent me the new/replacement product immediately (free of charge) without asking any questions. Their products and customer service are excellent. I almost exclusively shop online...and I was quite impressed by the quality of this company's business practices and products.

I am a repeat customer--always great service. My first shopping experience resulted in my selection of a set of clubs I didn't hit as well as I expected. I returned them to PM for a full credit and selected another model that I am very please with. I highly recommend PM--they have a great website and truthful about their produces. Great price and service!

My product was to be delivered in 1 week. The company provided excellent tracking information through UPS. It was being shipped from the West Coast to Maine. It arrived in Brewer , Maine 2 days prior to scheduled delivery. I tracked it the next day and found it had not been delivered because I had put the wrong address on. Contacted Pinemeadow by e-mail and gave correct address. Was contacted by Pinemeadows by e-mail and by James Travers by phone providing excellent service. Product was delivered one day after original scheduled delivery date even when I gave them wrong address. Excellent response time from customer.

Everything about the club is exactly what I expected. My order was processed quickly and was recieved on time. The club hits great. I am really glad I didn't spend $100 at the golf shop.

I've bought 2 sets of irons from Pinemeadow and a few single clubs besides this DVD I just purchased. Pinemeadow Golf is doing a great job on their products. I love my Ecel irons. Good to see a clearance isle and pre-owned clubs not to mention deals of the month. Keep up the good work. I will buy again from Pinemeadow Golf for sure.

Overall, it was very good. I had made a mistake on my order and realized it after the order was sent. I was able to correct the mistake (ordered wrong wedge) by phone prior to shipment of my order. Upon reciept of my order, I found that the change had been made to correct my mistake as requested. With the exception of a grip upgrade, that was not done on the corrected club, this request was done successfully and painlessly. I am pleased with the process.

I was pleased at the prompt response to my two emails I sent to Pinemeadow. The driver purchased is a Christmas present so it'll be tried ater 12/25.

The shopping experience was easy, and I have been very satified with golf clubs I have purchased. The only issue I have is that the 3 wood cover zipper broke during the first use of the clubs. Other than that I have been extremely happy with the quality and proffessionalism of Pinemeadows Golf

Excellent y had bought golf clubs from Chile South America paying by my credit card and I had not had problems, and I´ve received my club Okey. I have and addres in Florida USA and Ive request you to send its there before. Would be excellent implement method to send by USPO abroad for international buyers.
