This is the 3rd set of irons I have purchased from PMG and probably not the last.I also have purchased assorted hybrids,wedges,putters and woods. I have never been dissatisfied although I have had more success with some purchases than others. I know that you can't buy a golf game, but your value pricing can make it hard to resist sometimes.

First and foremost, you can't beat the prices and the quality. I placed my order and the next business day I received an e-mail telling me they had received my order and it would be built and sent out in the next few days. I then received an e-mail stating that my order was built and had been sent out. I then received a final e-mail with my tracking number so I could track my items through the shipping companies tracking software through the internet. I would highly recommend Pinemeadow Golf to all golf enthusiasts who want to elevate their games with new equipment at a great value.

I waited 3 weeks and havent recieved clubs yet, I e-mailed and spoke to someone on the phone and I understand they ran out of 7 & 9 woods like I ordered but was suppose to send replacement clubs. I explained that I ordered these a week before going on a golf vacation and needed clubs asap which is why I paid for 3 day shipping but I still havent heard from anyone and I still dont have the clubs. I have ordered a complete set of clubs in the past and the service was very good, I dont know what happened this time.

The web site was a little hard to find but when I did find it buying was very easy. There was enough information to help me find what I was looking for and once I found it then it was very easy to get all the information you needed to make the purchase.

As indicated in my original survey, the experience of initial order was fine. The experience to then alter the shipping method was a complete mess. Ultimately, the person in charge of my order could not respond to email requests (Pinemeadow's preferred contact method) in less than a day. In responding so slowly, he missed out being able to alter my request. I was ultimately forced to call and handle my change over the phone with someone else. Interestingly, after the shipping change occurred my original person in charge was unaware of the change and indicated nothing could be done.
In the end, this company needs to work on its ability to communicate not only with customers but internally. They have a good product, but a very poor ability to deal with customers.

Golf clubs were OK.
Vender did not include an invoice. Just a shipping lable pasted on box. Unprofessional.
I will look at other golf club companies before shopping at this site agen.
