their shopping cart interface was very primitive. Shipping costs were nto ava toill after you entered your credit card. 99% of the time I'll order somewhere else if I see this. I only ordered thru them because the headphones are discontinued and they had them cheaper. Should have calculated tax on order page. They are a big enough company that they should have these resources. I don't like guessing at my final total. I got different final numbers from them

I <3 them! This company rocks. I purchased the Audio .90's because they were on clearance, and if i was going to try them i was going to try them at a discount. I bought two pairs, one for myself, and one for my mom. We tried them out and they sound AMAZING. I will be making another purchase THIS WEEK, they are that good. Great sound quality, cancel out background noise, bass is FANTASTIC!

My problem is not with the service - but with the product.
the head phones are EXTREMELY uncomfortable (pressing on the head), and the volume control doesn;t seem to make a difference. \\sorry....

The interface was clear and straightforward, with a minimum of pages needed to complete the order. It would have been nice to have a technical comparison of the different models they offered though, and some info was lacking (ie: headphone cord length, speaker specs).
Overall it was great though - good product, great price, and faster service than I expected!
