The item arrived just prior to the 4th of July weekend badly damaged but the company refused to exchange or repair it because we were unable to notify them until after the 4th weekend, even though they advertise an easy return policy and clearly state that they give leeway for holidays. Now we are stuck with a $500 air conditioner that doesn't work.
