I bought my digital camera from pricerite via ebay. Shipping was extremely fast and a tracking number was provided. They sent emails to confirm the order right after I purchased. All items were received exactly as described. Would easily buy from again.

My purchase of a Nikon Coolpix 3200 Digital Camera was very pleasing from PriceritePhoto.com. When I purchased it I got a entire bundle of stuff which including carrying case, SD reader, 128MB SD card, 4 Batteries with charger, Table top Tripod, and a Wallet to carry batteries and card. Delivery was from ground and east-west took about 7 days but it came when it was suppose to have with everything I was promised. Great company to do business with. I would recommend them to family! I HAD SOME PROBLEMS WITH SHIPPING AND GETTING THE WRONG ITEMS. AND GETTING NOT WHAT WAS QUOTED. BUT THE CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPARTMENT AND SALES WERE VERY NICE AND HELPFUL AND TOOK CARE OF ME LIKE A CUSTOMER SHOULD BE TAKEN CARE OF. LOOKING FORWARD TO BUYING FROM PRICE RITE PHOTO IN THE FUTURE.

I purchased a Canon Optura 400 package from Pricerite Photo, on eBay. I had to call them to confirm my purchase, and they offered me additional warranty from a third party supplier, which I declined. Overall, the shopping experience was great, there were no pressure tactics to try to make me buy more stuff. The camera arrived in 2 days with FedEx, no damage, packing list complete, with all the extras, as stated on the eBay.
I would recommend this store to other online buyers.
I would return and buy from them again.

This merchant does not have a very responsive customer service / sales department, but that's how they cut costs in order to deliver the best prices. If you don't need to deal with customer service much and know what you need, you can't beat these prices. I placed an order to be shipped to a different address from the billing address, and the order was held up for security purposes. I understand and appreciate this process, but the salesperson who emailed me to inform me of the issue did not return my phone calls. Eventually I ended up talking to three or four different people, but got the issue taken care of and the camera got shipped.

My ZR80 Camcorder is amazing-and half of the trouble was to get by the ordering part. Price rite photos made this extremely easy!!!! It was at a very low price and they even called to make sure we didnt need anything else. I got everything i needed when i wanted it. Its a great store to use!!!

I purchased a Fuji S7000. Sales person was helpful when recommending lenses. Price was good and I'm told I will receive the product in two day from when it's shipped.

It was the most frustrating shopping experience I had for the last 8 months. Three days after I placed an order for Nikon Coolpix 8800 camera I've got an e-mail asking me to call and confirm my order. After spending 10 minutes of waiting on the phone I finally was connected. At first, sales rep tried to force me into buying all kinds of additional accessories which were twice more expensive than in Comp-U-Plus.com. After I declined, he put me on hold for another 30 minutes and then declared that this camera is out of stock, although their web site says they have it. I am definitely not going to buy from them again, and don't recommend anybody to do it.

A salesman named Joseph took my order and charged me $5000 and I received part of my shipment the next day. Everything was fine until I got the run around on the back order from a manager named Steve the following 10 days. It came to a head when on Monday June 27 after coming to some sort of agreement, Steve said that he would refund my credit card the $120 dollars for the light and that he could get the telephoto lens to me by Weds he also offered me a $200 dollar store credit. I agreed and told him that with the store credit that I wanted a pair of Sony headphones. HE told me that he didn’t have those headphones in stock but that he could get them for me for $100. My exact words were “Do you really expect me to pay you more money ?” He got offended and started cursing me and said how he would get “street” with me. We got into an argument and he said that he”wouldn’t send me sh#$”. I got tired of his verbal abuse and I hung up the phone. Never buy from them.

I purchased a Panasonic GS-150 bundle that included a set of 3 lens filters. The web site offer correctly indicated that the filter size for the camera was 37mm. However, their system produced a picking order for 34mm filters which were shipped with the order. I can deal with an innocent mistake, but unfortunately, it took me three days and dozens of calls to finally get through to a customer service agent. The agent was very polite, arranged for a replacement set of filters and apologized a number of times for the confusion. Again, maybe an honest mistake on there part, but the process should not be this time consuming. I have the filters now and everything is fine.

Smooth Transaction. Product was shipped right away. Discovered wrong product in the shippment but they were quick to have item returned and reshipped the correct item within 1 day. Will do business again.

Purchased a Nikon D70 outfit. The salesman was professional, and only asked appropriate questions to be sure I had what was needed to use my camera. I purchased an additional 512 mb 80x flash card. [but since then noticed 1 mb lexar 80X card for same price elsewhere - i attribute this to 2 things, changing prices, and my not knowing current price - I feel price was still fair that I paid, just not a "DEAL"] There were problems with credit card company as I wanted camera shipped to alternate address. My contacts with the credit card company were the major fault in delaying shipment. I had to contact the CC company 4 times to get them to have it straight. I commend the vendor for helping me work thru this. It did arrive a couple of days late, but given the credit card problems, this was minor. I will definitely look to purchase product here again. Nikon recommended site resellerratings.com - which helped steer me away from less reputable sites.
