Great overall experience. Their sales force was friendly and informed. While I found the item I wanted on the web I called their 800 number to get additional information. My call was answered very quickly. The item ordered was delivered within 4 business days of placing the order. When I had a question regarding my order, my e-mail was promptly responded to with a phone call. Because of low prices, I took a gamble and ordered a few accessories that were off-brands. After receipt and inspection, the quality seems fine... a great value. The price on the camera I purchased was the lowest I could find on the internet. Will definitely return.

I ordered a Nikon Coolpix 8800 digital camera kit from them off of an ebay auction. They were easy to get in touch with over the telephone when I called with questions. They called to confirm it was I who ordered the kit, and offered an upgrade which I am thankfull for because included in the upgrade was a 5 year extended warranty, a larger memory card, and overnight shipping all for the price of a warranty alone which I had planned on buying anyway. I would recommend them, and plan on using them again in future purchases.
