Price Rite Photo

I was extremely impressed with PriceRitePhoto. Unlike my recent experience with another photo shop, their website clearly states what items are included with the product. This, and the various ways available to track orders was great. Staff replied to my sales inquiries in a reasonable amount of time - not pushy, wysiwyg, no "hidden handling charges" or the like. I purchased a Nikon D2X Camera for a great price, and it arrived two days after the order was placed, in great condition.

Customer Service was beyond what i have ever experienced in recent memory. I spoke with Joseph - he knows his stuff - even prevented me from ordering an incorrect accessory. I will definitely use them again! I would HIGHLY recommend them. They do and deliver what they say, when they say. I would not hesitate to use this company again.

Fast delivery. One piece of package was missing from shipment though. Customer service did not call back when message was left via phone.

I recently purchased a digital camera from PriceRitePhoto and I am quite pleased. I have been comparing digital camera packages for more than two months looking carefully for the right combination or Digital camera features, prices and warrantee. I found the BEST combination for my needs at PriceRitePhoto. Every part of the transaction was perfect from the confirmation phone call to the shipping and handling. I expect to purchase digital camera accessories in the near and I will begin my search with PriceRitePhoto...

I am very satisfied with PriceRitePhoto. The delivery was as promised, they called me on the phone and confirmed my order and even offered some additional ways to save. I would oder from the again for certain.

The salesperson was helpful and courteous; but, still a seller.

My order was supposed to ship the following day; but, one part didn't ship until 3 days later and another day later for the completion. This delay caused it to arrive after my travel departure and not have the camera during the trip which was motivation for the purchase. The salesman assured me it would ship the following day.

When I need to solve something regarding my order, the customer service at the phone yield to me and my wife... THIS COMPANY IS TERRIBLE IN CUSTOMER SERVICES, It seems to be the cheapest but they dead terrible with their customers.. PLEASE, DO NOT BUY TO THIS GUYS.. STUPIDS

I recently purchased a digital SLR camera. The service I received was fantastic and the merchandise was everything I expected. My order arrived promptly and everything in the order was correct. I'm very pleased with Price Rite Photo, and have recommended them to several of my friends. I will be shopping with them again.

The sales rep. was very knowledgable about the camera I'd order and very polite, when he call to confirm my order which was reassuring. My camera arrived two days after my order was confirm with regular ground delivery. This was a very present experience.

Very satisfied with product and delivery time. Camera was exactly as described. Will do business with again in future. Price was better than all others.

I saw the Fuji S20pro listed on Ebay. Could not believe the price (over $100 dollars less than others sellers). Place a rush order on Dec. 22 and recieve it Christmas Eve. At these prices I dont mind answering a few sales questions.

After an exhaustive search ,,,comparing prices from over a hundred dealers in the USA and abroad,,,,I found Price Rite,to be extremely professional,,,knowledgeable The staff (ask for Joseph), delivered my Canon XL2 ,a pristine video camera,with accessories for the best price that I was able to find.all warranties,,,service plans,,etc, were included .My experience with Price Rite was absolutely first rate,,and I would not hesitate to use them for all my future needs for anything in the photography field and would recommend this to any consumer who wants the best products for the best prices

The merchandise that I order was in excellent condition. It was exactly what I wanted. The delivery was fast. The only problem was the checkout was not an easy process.

Horrible...

I ordered a Sony Handycam DCR-DVD403 on their website for $729.00 on May 6th. I got an email to ask me to call the store and confirm the order on May 7th. I called, and guess what? they tried to sell me a expensive warranty which I declined. Then, they told me that my order will be shipped out on the May 9th. It's now May 17th, I still did not get anything. So, I called the store. The first when time I called them, they put me on hold and hang up on me. 5 minutes later, I tried to called again. This time they put me on hold for 15 minutes, then told me that "the order was cancelled by the customer." I was surprised for what I just heard because I had never cancelled my order. I am not sure what happened to my order. Before I ended the call, I told them that "now you can really cancel my order, please."

I think this store is wasting my time and I am not sure if their employees are honest and creditable. I would not shop it again!

My order was accurately filled and the company made every effort to get the requested material to me on time. Contact with customer support was excellent. I highly recommend the company.
