Price Rite Photo

PriceRitePhoto offered me the WORST Internet purchasing experience, out of hundreds, that I have made to date. They shipped the wrong product to me and would only exchange it if I paid the return shipping citing loss in profit as a motif for requiring me to pay return shipping to remedy THEIR mistake. Furthermore, it took several calls to get someone from PriceRitePhoto on the phone that could “discuss” this matter with me. That person was Steve – Steve was immediately defensive and would not assist me in any manner. He attempted to blackmail me for good feedback, he refused to return the camera and he was blatently hostile. I had to file a grievence with my credit card company to remedy the matter. Great prices and quick shipments. Be able to say no when you call to confirm your order though. I purchased a high end digital camera with a package to go with it. Got everything I wanted for one low price.

Very quick delivery, customer service was reasonable. Overall very satisfied with company and product. Company was helpful in identifying additional accessories I may need.

Not very good, Placed order on 12-19-2004 and they promised I would have my camera by 12-23-2004. No camera on 12-23-2004, Called them and they did not process order properly. Promised to overnight so I would have by christmas. Received a phone call on 12-24-2004 and they overnighted camera to someone else in a different state who was nice enough to call me and let me know he received my package. Called them back on 12-24-2004 with persons name and phone # who had my $1000 camera and they said they would have the package picked up and rerouted to me and would have it on monday no later than tuesday, Received package on wed.

Very good company to deal with. Prompt shipping, delivered on time. Took care of any issues I had about the product. AAA+

Found just the camera I was looking for. After much research, the best price could be found at PriceRite Photo. Am looking forward to receiving it shortly.

I saved a lot of money buying from PriceRite. Over 100 dollars which was phenomenal. The order was accurate, and extremely fast. Speedy, helpful correspondence. Amazing.

I was looking for a specific digital camera and this website had it the cheapest. Not only that, when I added overnight shipping, it was still cheaper than the price you'd pay if you bought it in a store. They called to finish the transaction and my camera arrived very fast. Easy to use website, friendly staff, and fast delivery. Could I ask for anything more?

Price Rite Photo was very easy to buy from, had a good product, and fast shipping. The customer service was good and overall I had a good experience with them.

Price excellent. Item in stock and shipped immediately. One item was missing in initial shipment but I sent one email to customer service and missing item was immediately sent out by Fedex.

I order from this seller through ebay and it as a pleasant buying experience. They and really quick shipping and it took about a week for the item to reach me from NY and i live in CA. I was worried when i didnt recieve an email whether they shipped or not but after calling them, they gave me the tracking number on the phone saying it was shipped a few days back. i got the camera the same day i called.

I am very satisfied with my purchase. Customer service was excellent and item purchased was shipped just as promised. I would not hesitate to purchase from this seller again.

This is the WORST company I've ever dealt with. I was lied to multiple times and told the product had shipped even though it hadn't. After I tried to cancel my order, I was threatened with freight both ways and a 20% restocking fee, a day after I canceled the order, even though the order hadn't shipped yet. Then after I disputed the bill because I paid for expedited shipping and didn't get it, they "doctored up" an invoice and sent it to the credit card company with different freight terms. Thank goodness I kept the original! Liars and cheats!
