I was not satisfied with the delivery of my camera it took a week when I paid to over night ship.The customer service of the company was great and so was the order accuracy.Overall if I had to grade them it would be okay.

I received my camera on Saturday - exactly three weeks after ordering it. The camera was in stock, but it took a long time for them to process my order, and then it was sent by slow (Home Delivery) FedEx service. I was promised a two or three day delivery if I wrote three reviews on line. I wrote the reviews, but order was not sent Express. If you're not in a hurry, Price Rite Photo may be right for you. They had the lowest price I could find, but I think three weeks was much too long to wait.

I really like shopping at PriceRitephoto.com. The website is easy to browse through and they have the best deals. I would shop there again. I would recommend it to anyone who wants speedy business done.

Price Rite Photo advertised a great product at an excellent price. I received my products, as specified, in record time, and they work very well. The only problem I had with the merchant was that I could not have my products shipped to my work address, which I would have greatly preferred. I received everything all right in the end and found the customer service staff very cool when I called them with a question. I would totally recommend Price Rite to somebody and would shop with them again.

After comparing prices, Price Rite had the most competitive pricing on the video camera we wanted. Delivery was a little late, but customer service was helpful in figuring out the problem.

My experience with Price Rite Photo was very successful. Shipping was prompt and the sales guy i talked to offered me a great deal on a package. however, i do wonder if their packages are generally a good value, because some of the extra lenses and batteries they add on can be bought cheaper in nearby stores. but overall, Customer Service was great and they have great prices for cameras.

pricerite.com is a great site. They had what I wanted at a great price. Very quick and easy. Had my confirmation in no time. They were even open and shipped on the 4th of July!! Great Customer Service.

As concerns PriceRitePhoto.com I found the shopping experience to top notch. I told them the items I wanted to order, a Canon EOS 20D and a Canon EFS 17-85MM f/4-5.6 IS USM lens, and was told the items were in stock and would be shipped that same day. My salesman was very professional and in no way tried to pressure me to either upgrade my lens or sell me any spurious accessories I did not need. He did, however, inform me of the specials of the day in case I wanted to take advantage of them. I found PriceRitePhoto to be first rate and will definitely use them for future any further photographic needs I may have.

Don't use this website....Price Rite lied about the rebates available, shipped camera and equipment late, then there was a backordered product, never told was backordered until I called...this too was shipped late. Customer Service is horrible....they never answer the phone!!! Noone calls you back when they say they will. They do not respond to e-mails or faxes. Buying camera equipment from Price Rite Photo cost us $390 in lost rebates and much lost time on the phone!
