Purchased Sony camera (Cybershot DSC-H1) and they were most helpful with questions that I had before purchase. Shipping was fast and on time, as promised. Camera is great and package came with instructions about who to contact if items were not as I expected. Price was lowest that I could find during my 2 month search, before purchase.

I looked around online for a good deal on a camera. I located the Fuji Finepix s5100. PriceRitePhoto not only had the camera, but had a package deal that had EVERYTHING i wanted included at a VERY reasonable price. I saved several hundred dollars!

When i called, the person who took my order was pleasant and knew his products.

My camera arrived at my home at the time he said it would. I will be telling people to order from PriceRitePhoto, and when i upgrade; PriceRitePhoto is where i'll be looking.

This was by far the worst experience I've ever had shopping live or online. They had absolutely no problem charging my card for the purchase price but then it was continually one more piece of information required before they were willing to ship the product. When I called to try and resolve my issue I was met with a "customer service" supervisor who was anything but interested in customer service. I was told my options were to continue to be held hostage to their continued sales attempts and requests or pay a 5% cancellation fee for them to refund any of my money. At $17 paid out simply to cancel an order it's no wonder they are still in business. Their business is simply to harass and defraud the consumer. DO NOT BE LURED BY THE SLIGHTLY LOWER PRICE...IT IS ABSOLUTELY NOT WORTH THE AGGRAVATION AND RUDE SERVICE!
