Price Rite Photo

After researching different camcorder packages, I ordered what I thought was the best package value from price rite Photo. Most of my comparison shopping did occur on e-bay where packages were more easily compared. When I called to place my order I spoke with a customer service rep who did offer additional items - an extended warranty. I didn't feel pressured to accept the sales pitch but as I was interested in a warranty prior to calling gladly listened. I received my order within a few days.

I had tried to buy this product through 42nd st Photo and Amazon and neither delivered as promised. I finally switched to Pricerite Photo and the delivered within the week at regular ground delivery

Easy ordering, fast shipping, cheap prices, and a very nice staff. No trying to hide shipping, and no handling charges. Great seller.

I was pleased at the availability (no one else had the camera I wanted, ready to ship on the spot) and the speed in which it was delivered! This was the whole camera and extras and not just the camera, all perfect and at a great price and not a cheap version made in China (which every other store offered, with a wait of 3 weeks!) delivered fast! I love this place!

There are lots of reviewers out there who have complained about a lack of customer service or of a merchant trying trying to upsell to a bundled "kit" or a third-party extended warranty. Usually these complaints come after the sentence, "I went to Store X because their prices were the cheapest around."

You can't have it both ways! Pricerite Photo is exactly what their name suggests: the place with the lowest prices. For an extra $100 I don't mind listening to an upsell offer and politely declining. I also wouldn't expect their salespeople to be particularly happy to answer a slew of questions I should have read on their website. These people have to move product to stay in business at these prices, and they do a great job of it.

I bought a professional camera at a great price and it made it across the country pretty fast. FedEx only gave the box one minor dent (in contrast to the two they gave my last camera), so all in all it was a good experience

Purchased a Panasonic PV-GS-250 Camera from PriceRightPhoto. The price for the camera is the best among the websites that I searched. I purchased the camera over the phone. The Sales person was knowledgeable and courteous. He offered various Accessories and explained why I need them and How much they will cost me if by them individually. I did not buy one of the existing kits but The sales person created a bundle for me and gave me discount for the bundle. Later I contacted the Customer support regarding my order and I spoke with Thomas @X203. He was very helpful. My overall Satisfaction was excellent.

Camera packaged as advertised. A little slow in shipping, but promised it by Xmas and delivered. A question about the order generated a phone call, but there was no attempt to sell, just good customer service. Would shop here again.

Overall great experience from Price Rite. Would buy from them again! Very good prices, good shipping, and customer service too.

I ordered a camcorder package for less than I could buy the camcorder at a local electronics superstore. Package included many accessories that I would have bought separately, so it was a great deal. Shipping was fast and arrived next day (I asked for next day delivery). The only downside is that their site doesn't show order status very well (my order is still "Pending Payment" and I have the order already) so you have to call if you are (like me) active in following your order. With that said, when I did call, the customer service staff was friendly and helpful.

Priceritephoto.com was easy to do business with. They quickly sent product as described on their site. I would recommend buying from them.

Pros: Bought package deal off eBay (Panasonic PV-GS65 with lots of accessories); good price for all that was included. PriceRitePhoto seems to want to satisfy customers and build a good reputation (sent several emails and a phone call to follow up on sale, and several strong requests for customers to post feedback - like this one). I'm a novice videographer and am still learning this camera, but am happy with it so far.

Cons: I thought it was supposed to ship within 48 hours but it was delayed till third day causing arrival the day after event for which it was ordered. In fairness, there was some "wiggle room" in the fine print I mis-interpreted. The camera case sent with the accessories package is too small to hold camera with all of its accessories, much less all the extra lenses, tapes, extra battery, cleaning kit, etc. included in the package - will have to buy another one or carry a second bag :-(

Professional and courteous. Attentive email support daily replies no query any trouble. First experience of US shopping (UK buyer) would not hesitate again. Delivery i week packaging pilfer proof.
