My experience of purchasing camcorder from Price Rite Photo is very good. After I placed my order online, the sales called me very soon and the process of order confirmation is very good and smoothely.
Because the delivery of Price Rite is dependent upon Fedex, the delivery speed is accepted. Hence, the overall satisfaction is 8, if the total score is 10.

However, as for the order accuracy, the sales added what I did not order into my total order. That additional order is not what I ordered. I wish the Price Rite can correct this mistaken very soon. This is why I reduce 2 point from the total 10 points.

I place my order on Sunday, Dec 12, 2004. Did a phone check of my order on Wednesday, Dec. 15, 2004 and tracking of my order check (by phone) on Mon. Dec 20. I received my complete order on Wed., Dec. 22 a.m.. I would not hesitate to recommend Price Rite Photo to others for price comparison and quality service. Their customer service, order accuracy, and delivery service were all superior! I would use them again for electronic and photo equipment purchases.
