Price Rite Photo

I bid on an eBay package due to the great price. I ordered it 3 weeks in advance of when I needed it. I called the same day to confirm everything and give my credit card number. Everything seemed to go smooth and I was promised an order number by email. Two days later I had received nothing so I called again. After about 20 minutes on hold they confirmed that the order had shipped and would send me an email for my records. Two weeks after that, I hadn't recieved the package or any email. I called again and was put on hold for about 30 minutes. The salesman informed me that it was my lucky day and the order was about to ship. I exploded and they agreed to get it to me right away. It came a few days later minus 3 important parts for the package deal and one piece that was wrong. I called again and they have promised to send me the correct stuff within a week. Bottom Line NEVER BUY FROM THEM!!!!!

I was looking for a digital camera and found the best price at Price Rite Photo. Ordered the camera on Wed. and received it on Fri. Would buy from again.

Purchased from Price Rite Photo through their eBay store. There was a mix up in the listing that became apparent when I received the order. Talked to them over the phone and they were able to get it straightened out with very little problem.

I bought a Canon Elura 90 from them for a great price. They called to confirm my shipping address, which is something I'm not real keen about, but others might like this sort of service. It took several days of phone tag to get ahold of the salesman and once I did, he tried to sell me more stuff: which I definitely do not approve of. But I did get the goods and it was exactly what I ordered, so I think overall they did alright. But if I wanted to talk to them over the phone, I would have placed my order over the phone. Also I didn't get a tracking number in any of their several emails to me: It would have been nice.

Communication could use improvement. No email to confirm shipping. Unable to tell me shipping cost when I placed the order. Otherwise, excellent value for the money. Nice camera.

I was very unsatisfied with this company. I paid extra to have my camera shipped to me in 2 days, which it was, but when I opened it, I found the memory card they sent me didn't fit in my camera so the faster shipping was basically useless because I couldn't really use the camera anyways! I tried calling and calling and for some reason could not get through and sent an email which I felt was conveniently tossed aside. By the time I actually talked to someone to correct the problem, she said it would take them a week to send the right card and the rep was very rude to me. I didn't even get my money back for the extra shipping. It has been over a week now since I spoke to them and...still no card! This company is nothing but hassles!

I bought a new Digital Rebel from PriceRite because they were the cheapest for an American version. Website was easy to use. Shipping was a little steep but there were plenty of options for delivery. Product arrived a week later in perfect shape, it was hard to track though, they don't send you an email with the tracking numbers and it's hard to find online. My new camera is awesome and I'd reccommend PriceRite.

I ordered canon rebel xt with camera kit 18 - 55 mm in black. Item was in stock. After 2 weeks calling priceritephoto asking for my order status and beeing ensured, that I should call in 2 days to get my tracking #, a rep called, that I can have it at home next day, but in silver...I finaly agreed and I received tha camera as promised

Great company! Great experience for a first time buyer from this company. All items were packaged securely. Person who took my order was not pushy at all, very pleasant. Everything received as good as new in the original packaging with no problems. Credit card company failed to verify my shipping address and caused a delay in the order. However, thanks to the great customer service at Price Rite Photo even though it was not their fault they upgraded my shipment to next day air at no cost! Great company!!! Will definetly buy with them again!

Just bought the Canon PowerShot A95. Quick and pleasant to deal with. Would buy from again. Delivery was very fast.

Do Not Use This Company
Salesman (Joseph) called on 2/18 prior to shipment asking if I would like to purchase a warranty and free battery upgrade (8 hr battery) for $119.99 extra. Purchased warranty and upgrade over the phone. Shipment was further delayed - called service and (contrary to the auction statement) they did not have my camcorder on their site, and received a damaged product after my order was received. New shipment arrived at price rite photo 2/22 and sent out that evening 9 pm via fed ex to me. Order arrived 2/23. Did not receive 2 (out of 3) dvds or 8 hour battery - received generic 3 hour battery. Called immediately and was told that new parts sent out and would be received by 3/2. Today is 3/3 and I did not receive 2 dvds or 8 hr battery.
Called many times trying to resolve this issue. I do not want anything more than what I paid for and agreed to purchase - i.e., 2 dvd-r (as stated in the auction) for the camcorder and an 8 hour battery, as agreed.

Excellent merchant. On-time delivery. Product as advertised.
Prices are competitive. Their web site tells exactly was is in the package. Some merchants of cameras do not tell

Purchased camcorder kit on ebay. Great price on camera and kit. Was told the item would be shipped before the holidays, but later was told that the item was out of stock. Stock arrived and they did ship prior to the holidays. Good experience. These guys worked hard to get the product and ship it out during the busy holiday season. When calling, hold time was minimal. When messages were left, they called back. I would buy from again.
