I inquired about shipping details and the next day I received a response including a tracking number. The camera package included extras and was a great price. I purchased a panasonic dvx-100a and assessories. the customer service rep that helped me listened to my needs and customized my package so that I got everything I wanted. when the order arrived, items were missing, so I contacted priceritephoto and they made everything right, including sending me a higher-end tripod to test out, with the option to return it. I knew the products were good, but I was surprised by how good the customer service and follow-up were. Here's an online business with a human face. I'll buy again, and recommend widely.

They did ask me to call and confirm the order but I appreciate that for security reasons. The camera I order was exactly as expected and delivered on time and the price was outstanding. Terrible experience. They promised a credit to my card for an overpriced item and was told after weeks and several calls they wouldn't do that. My rebate form was never sent and they finally faxed me an incomplete form. I need the original Worldwide Warranty form to get the rebate and that was never sent to me. When I said I'd give negative feedback unless satisfied, the supervisor threatened to charge my card an additional 25% and said he would be authorizing that 25% after our call. I had to cancel that credit card. I would never deal with this company again.

AFTER SITTING ON HOLD FOR ABOUT 20 MINUTES I ORDERED A CAMERA FROM THESE SCUMBAGS. A SLICK TALKING GUY GOT ON THE PHONE AND TRIED TO TELL ME THAT A CAMERA BATTERY ONLY LASTS 15 MINUTES AND I SHOULD BUY AN AFTERMARKET BATTERY AS THOSE ARE THE BEST. I TOLD HIM NO! AFTER THIS HE PROCEEDED TO TELL ME THAT THE NEW CAMERAS ONLY WORK WITH "NEW" COMPACT FLASH AND THAT MY OLD CARD WOULD NOT WORK. I TOLD HIM NO! AFTER ALL THIS BS HE TOLD ME THAT SHIPPING WAS $68.17. I THINK HE DIDN'T WANT TO SELL ME THE CAMERA, BUT I PAID THE $68.17 AND THEY FINALLY SHIPPED THE CAMERA. THE BOX WAS MESSED UP WITH NO POPCORN AND BY THE TIME IT ARRIVED TO ME IT LOOKED LIKE IT WAS IN THE TSUNAMI. THEY PROMISED A FREE BATTERY CHARGER IF I GAVE THEM A REVIEW SO HERE IS MY REVIEW. I WILL POST AGAIN IF AND WHEN I GET MY BATTERY CHARGER.

Ordered digital camera on their web site. The desired item was in stock, the price was right. I was called the next day by Price Rite to confirm order and it was shipped immediately. Camera arrived earlier than expected and contained all the accessories promised. Overall excellent experience and would buy again from them.
