I first saw Price Rite on Ebay and shopped around for the best price on the video camera that I was looking for, they had the best price. I placed my order and received an email confirming my order, then promptly received my order via Fedex. Everything went off very well, and I will do business with them again! I highly recommend this seller!!!!!!

It seems everyone either loves or hates PriceRitePhoto all of the reviews are either 5 stars or 1 star. My experience was great so they will get another 5 stars from me. Product shipped quickly and properly. I did get the long extended warranty talk, and they tried to add a few items I did not want. But in the end I got what I wanted for the price I wanted.

This was the WORST experience I've ever had with online shopping. (and I do a lot.) I ordered digital camera and an extra lens for it with their OVERNIGHT delivery (which cost extra $100) on Friday. Tuesday evening, I had to call their customer service because I hadn't received any emails or calls about my order. First guy on the phone at customer service kept telling me his bad jokes!! and hang up on me! (while he put me on hold) The other guy told me it's not processed for some reason, BUT they'd already charged my credit card. Never shop here again, and never recommend to anyone. I can't believe they've been highly rated.

I am very satisfied with the quality of service I received from Price Rite Photo. I purchased a Canon 20D and the salesperson was very helpful in choosing the best accessories needed for the camera as well as giving me discounts where possible. I received the camera within a week.

Last Thursday I phoned in placed an order for a Canon Powershot A85 digital camera and the accessory bundle with David who is one of the sales representatives at Price Rite Photo. He took may order in a very professional manor and was sure to get all my shipping and Visa information accurately. My order #9122 was shipped to me in CANADA and arrived on Monday. Wow am I happy with the service that David and Price Rite have provided to me. Every item in the bundle was accurate, and the delivery was speedy especially when you consider that this was an international delivery, and the overall service was professional. Thank you for a job well done. I would never hesitate to deal with these people again and again.

Hey, it worked and fast. I ordered it online and within a few hours I already had a Fed Ex tracking number. Eight days later it arrived (I had it sent via slow, but cheap, ground).

PriceRitePhoto didn't try any sales gimmicks. It might have helped that I was clear in my order to say I wasn't interested in any accessories - I wasn't an upsell candidate. PriceRitePhoto respected my request.

BUYER BEWARE excuse my misspells

This is the WORST COMPANY EVER!! I purchased the item on 07/16/05 2:15 p.m. and paid for it right away. They gave me the run around when I asked if they can expidite it. And I was hung up on several times by thier customer service reps. I recieved the product and it is a good quality but the customer service was very bad. I wrote an email to thjem explaining my experience and it was never acknowledge.

I gave them a negetive review in EBAY and then the falsely acuse me of not paying for the item! I have never heard of a company that will ship you a product that you have not paid for. I have proof of payment and all the emails I sent to them explaining my experice with thier company. I almost got my Ebaying ability revoked. I will never purchased form them again

The camcorder was excellently priced and the shipping costs were not exorbitant (although they did not clearly state that there would be an additional charge of $10 for insurance over and above the shipping cost listed). They had great customer service, communicating well regarding the order and shipping processes. The item was received very quickly. I am very pleased with this transaction and would shop here again with confidence.

I purchased a Canon ZR200 digital camcorder plus many accessories for about the price that many other merchants were selling the camcorder alone for.
