I would NOT recommend these people to my worst enemy. After being a repeat customer several times, they sent me the WRONG ink cartridges recently. Do you they acknowledge that I'm a repeat customer and just offer to exchange it? Do they help me out? Are they even remotely courteous to me? NO! I found them rude and unhelpful and they blamed me for the error even though it was off their website's recommended products for my printer.
Furthermore, they stated that BECAUSE I order from their website and not over the phone, it was certainly my fault. This is incredulous coming from a primarily online company who SAVES money when their customers make online purchases rather than use an expensive sales person.
I assure you I am and IT professional and know what printers I have! Bye bye, Printpal, no more orders from me. You're not worth the trouble and the insult.
Cartridges did not work!!! They will replace the bad ones till the cows come home, but God forbid they send any that last. When I discovered that cartridges would not last, I ordered extras just in case. Well when they did not work, I also was told of the time limit for returns. With many cartridges being sent back and forth, I finally requested my money be refunded. I had been sending e-mails every time I had a problem, so figured there would be no problem.
Funny how the e-mails could not be found when I wanted to stop getting replacements. I went back to the local store, over desperation, but now hope to find a cheaper solution.
