The site was fine. The ordering process went well, but the person on the phone was agressive and obnoxious. He tried to sell me things I didn't want, which I wouldn't have minded, but he wouldn't take no for an answer and argued with me. He kept trying to add charges on to what was advertised as free shipping. Finally, he said if I gave him a good review he would follow through on the free shipping. complete disaproval with the integrity of this company. They called and said they would add more to the order at a good price and added nothing. Then lied about it. Then lied about refunding the "error." They have refused to give a return shipping address. This company will rip you off and take your money if given the opportunity. When the camera was received the instructions were in Japanese. I telephoned RainbowTronics to request "Read This First" instructions in English and never received any response. I also did not receive the batteries that were supposed to come with the camera, but instead received the Rechargeable batteries with charger. I believe they took out the batteries that were supposed to come automatically with the camera.
I had to contact Sony to receive the "Read This First" instructions in English. Because of this I would not refer RainbowTronics to anyone to purchase a product. Read more

My camcorder was received on time and in good condition. I was required to call in to "complete the order." The salesman was courteous when I declined to buy any other items. I was told, however, that if I completed this survey that my shipping would be upgraded and I would receive my purchase sooner, but that did not happen. But all in all it was a good experience and I am very happy with my purchase. Read more
