We order a 36 inch gas cooking range and it was delivered withing a few weeks. It arrived in excellent condition and was packaged well. We are extremely pleased with the price and quality of this range. The only negative conment is that the hookup line to the from the range to the gas line in the wall was not provided. I had to go to Home Depot to get the right fittings and adaptors to be able to hook the range up. This delayed us one day of trying out the range. Other than this, we were extremely satisifed with the entire process.

This store's offers wonderful prices on name brand appliances. The product details are easy to read, and you are able to compare brands side by side on their website. The order and purchase process is simple and straight-forward. Phone calls are answered in timely fashion, but remember this is a warehouse and not some fancy store so but don't expect sugar-coated customer service - have a question, get an answer; no frills. Tracking your order is not as easy as some other sites. However, my order did arrive on-time, and the shipper called in advance to make sure someone would be home to accept the delivery. All in all, the discounts far out way the lack of frills. I'd recommend Rainbow Appliance; hands down beats buying retail locally.

I started looking for a vacuum about 5 days ago. I went to Costco and searched Google. Then I went to Consumer Reports and signed up. I did a search for vacuums in CR and found it very helpful. There was a link that said Shop NOW. It took me to Price Grabber. There I found Rainbow Appliance had the best price and very good reviews from other consumers. I searched Rainbow Appliance and was very pleased with Rainbow Appliance. They had the vacuum I wanted and was the lowest price that I could find. I was able to compare other vacuums that I was looking to purchase and make an informed decision. The check out process was very easy. During check out I was offered an extended warranty and decided to purchase it. After the check out I searched other products in Rainbow and found other items that I am interested in purchasing and will most likely in the future. I will keep Rainbow as a favorite so that I can compare all my purchases in the future. I will use Rainbow again.
The website is very easy to use and has helpful links.

I found them extremely helpful and honest and they called me to tell me how to save money and that a new model was available at no additional cost.

not realizing i needed a sleeve for this air conditioner ,i called back to get one ,i was told they diden't have one , do u know where i can get one ,i was told to go on the net and start looking whitch i think was rude of him.i bought it there ,and thought they would of helped me ,very disapointed . the air conditioner that i ordered was a 12'000 and what they sent me was a 11,500 was told they are all that way, i said i dont think so . thank you verry much.

The price was so attractive I called before placing my order and was told the grill was out of stock but would only be delayed by a week. So I placed my order. Each week I was told the same thing -- next week, maybe. Meanwhile, I can buy this grill anywhere for more money. I have canceled my order and making the purchase with a reputable company. They disappointed me for Father's Day, I won't let them ruin our July 4th.

Place the order on Sunday for a grill I would need 2 week-ends later. Followed up on Monday - was told no problem, grill would ship Tuesday and I would receive e-mail notification. No notification came and I called back on Wednesday - was told it was on the truck and would leave that day. Never received notification. Web site asserts shipping would take place in 1-3 days. Called back on Thursday, was told it was on the truck and would ship that day. I asked for my money back and was told there would be a 15% restocking fee. I had no proof it was on the truck as they said the same things both prior days. I'm contesting with my credit card. They said they would cancel my order and send an e-mail to that effect. Never received any e-mails. While not rude, the staff is certainly not friendly. Wouldn't recommend using them.

Ship within 3-4 days -UNTRUE.
After 10 days no response to e-mail
After 13 days no response to second e-mail
After 13 days no response to 1-800 number and message left on machine.
After 13 days no response to long distance phone call to store.
After 14 days called as if to place an order and informed they did not have the item and had ordered it anticipating a delivery to the merchant 21 plus days after the order was placed.
