I recently purchased a number of items from this company. Everything arrived on time in good working order.

I was really surprised by the amount of communication I received from these people. They called to thank me for the order, then after I received everything, they checked back with me to make sure everything was alright. I'm not a very big customer, but I felt like I was their #1 customer. This type of service is hard to find in this day and age and will definitely keep me coming back time and time again!

I recently purchased a waring MX1000 blender for my mom. The model I ordered was back-ordered, and as soon as I placed an order, they got back to me and suggested an alternative model that was in stock. When I insisted on the model that was back-ordered, they made certain that the item shipped directly from the manufacturer. After a week, my mom did not receive her blender, so I got in touch with them again. They were really quick in their response, and I was really impressed with their willingness to keep in touch until the order was complete. Also, it was so pleasant to communicate with them, unlike most of the customer services I've come across. I was initially skeptical about purchasing from them, because other stores seemed to offer cheaper shipping charges. But I ended ordering from them, because of the stiff return policy and horrible reviews I read about the other stores. I am VERY glad that I decided to order from Restaurant equipment world, and the shipping charge turned out comparable to other stores after all. Very reliable and willing to do whatever is needed for customer satisfaction. Many items are kept in stock and shipped out within one to three days. They also have a wide variety of products in order to supply their customers with equipment that will meet their needs in all aspects of the field. Their prices are the lowest on the web and are usually willing to match prices. If I had a question they would take the time to explain things to me, but in the event they didn't know the answers they would take the actions to find out and get back to me. I was very happy with the respect, helpful nature, and knowledge of all the sales representatives. In the future if I ever need anything for my restaurant I will be sure to go straight to them.

I came across REW website while searching for a stainless steel utility sink. I was reluctant to purchase something of this sort online. I took a chance. I was not disappointed. The service was excellent. I was informed immediately of an additional freight charge, due to the size of the item. The item was exactly what I ordered and delivered within a week in excellent condition. The freight company even called to make an appointment for delivery. I would definitely recommend this company.

I ordered 48 glasses online. The process took less than 4 minutes from start to finish. The site was easy to navigate thanks to the images of the items. The customer service was above any I've ever experienced. Along with the order confirmation was the status of my order, who was actually filling the order (a name!) and the steps of its processing. The order was coming from Florida to California. I received another email the next day from customer service stating they had contacted the manufacturer of the glasses and was able to have them ship it from a location within my home state so to cut down on shipping time. The shipping time was 3-5 days as it is. No extra charges for anything. Plain and simply awesome customer service. The glasses were in perfect condition and properly packed. The customer service alone will keep me coming back... not to mention their accuracy on orders.
