I ordered a radar detector that was the cheapest I found on the internet 4 days before Christmas and had it shipped overnight. After reading reviews on this store I began to worry and called them. They assured me it would be there the next day. Well, it came just as promised the next day. Very well packaged and in perfect condition.

Fast delivery and best price on the product.  Followed up with a call to ensure everything arrived ok.  Would definitely purchase from them again.

I ordered a blinder M-20 Extreme from this outfit. When I made the original order, they stated by phone that this item was in stock. They charged my credit card...and then I waited. After sending a couple emails with no answers, I called around week 4, waiting for answers. Fortunately they did answer the phone, but basically said, "we'll call you back when we find out where your shipment is located". Of course they never called back. Well, after calling five times, they finally shipped the item with no explanation after 6 weeks of waiting. I would NOT recommend these guys for anything, unless you don't mind waiting up to 7 weeks for your order, and calling them to "remind" them to send the thing.

I have purchased products over many years from SBH (Corp) in New York City.  Always receive the shipment very quickly (less than a week most times) in Australia.  Sounds amazing but it's true! Pricing seems to always the best on the internet. I deal with David who owns the company. You can buy with confidence from SBH.

SBHCorp wouldnt take an overseas credit card so I used them as the cheapest price on 2 Bel RX65 radar detectors then got CarDomain.com to match their price and got excellent service from them instead.

Do not buy from this company. Purchased a radar detector that quite working and was told to send it back and they would replace it. It has now been 5 months and I still can not get them to send me a replacement. I have been told everything from it's in the mail, to we will refund on your credit card, to we will call you back and they never do. I will call everyday until I get it. Companies like this one should not be allowed to operate and I am turning them over to the state of New York for mail fraud.

On an impulse I purchased a viper remote start car alarm simply because it was the best price I could find. I am soon realizing I may have made a mistake. To date I have not recieved any sales confirmation of my purchase or tracking information even after four attempts of calling customer service. I placed the order a week ago and at this point I am extremly concerned I am going to get ripped off!!

I ordered a Bel RX65 from them and never got an invoice or a email confirmation and they wouldn't return my call. They did however charge my credit card. I protested the charge and after my credit card company got involved I received the merchandise still without an invoice or a packing slip that should have provided an invoice number. They were the least expensive but not worth the hassle. I would gladly pay more elsewhere to deal with a reputable company. My advice is to shop elsewhere. Sometimes saving $10.00 on a $200+ piece of electronics is not worth the angst.

I ordered a kenwood dnx 8120, at first i thought since all the reviews were pretty much bad that it was gonna be a horrible experience. but the shipping was fast and product was great. even the customer service was good cause i called back 3 or 4 times make sure you ask for invoice to be emailed, one didn't come with the package. Will install tomorrow and do a 30 day update to see if im still happy.

I recently purchased an RX-65 rock bottom price easy to order on website speedy shipping no problems what so ever will use again

SBHCorp delivered the Pioneer Car Navigation/Audio Equipment ($1600 purchase) as promised, but never provided an invoice. I initiated 5 contacts via email, fax, and phone to get bill of sale or invoice. Each time phone was answered by a curt and dismissive man who said they send the invoice right away. The invoice was never received. With no proof of purchase, I have no access to warranty repair from pioneer or extended warranty from Repairtech, which I purchased from SBH with the equipment. It is not reasonable for them to no provide the invoice. I would not buy from them again.

Took over a month to receive the item. Repeated phone calls. I only ended up saving $10 - I wish I had just paid the extra money and not had to deal with the hassle.

I had a great experience buying a Beltronics Pro RX65 Radar Detector from SBH - the process to complete the order on the sbh site was not only really easy and quick but the delivery was faster than expected! Since I've shopped around for this detector, I can tell that they certainly were beating every everyone else in price.... So in summary I had a great experience and can I only recommend them!

NEVER purchase anything from these guys.  I ordered a car stereo and it wasn't delivered.  Without getting into the details, I called 10 - 20 times and got the run around. 

"It'll be there by the end of the week"
"We'll resend it"
"Our system is down, call back tomorrow"

and when I finally asked for my money back

"call back tomorrow"

and when i did and threatened action

"we'll credit you tomorrow"

two weeks later, no credit.  Called again recently, they'll call me tomorrow they say. 

Filed complaint with VISA.

I'm convinced that any positive reviews of this place were written by SBHCorp themselves.

They are pretty good at answering their phone... but it's always the same dude.  Don't let this fool you.

I ordered 2 items from this company because they had the best price. The packaging was horrible. They used a box that had already been used multiple times. The box was falling apart when it got to me. They also put barely any packing material in the box to protect the order. This was a $1000 order too. The items had such a rough ride that the styrofoam packing in the indivdual boxes was broken. One of the items looked like it had been rummaged through at the store and the manual was torn. They also pulled a bait and switch on the shipping. They quoted one price during the online checkout and then charged me triple. AVOID THIS SELLER.

DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING from this company. They have no idea how to run a business or what customer service is. I purchased a BELRX65 from them in December, a month later it quit working. I sent it back to them to receive a new one- it's been 3 weeks, they can't find my name, they've lied to me, and I've already been charged. Shady and Sloppy. They absolutely suck. On a rating of 1-10 theyre a -10000000! Don't do it, even to save money. They told me they were sending it out last week and I still haven't received anything and they can't "find my order." It's a load of B.S!

I made a purchase from SBHCORP.com, it was to ship that day or no later than the next. it shipped three days later, after they noted it being shipped (twice they confirmed)on the day I ordered. I then got jerked around just to receive a traking number. I would not buy from them again. You begin to feel that you have just been ripped off, from the way that they treat you and lie.

Great, Product arrived next day, item new as described. It was a very smooth transaction and I had a very pleasant shopping experience.

the point is they are a lousy seller; there was no reply to any of my emails and no return call to my inquiries! they really gave a bad name to online retailers in u.s. you can search/google for their name and reviews (mostly negative and now i can confirm that! don't be fooled by their lower prices). frankly speaking, this was the 1st time i had a negative dealing. my suggestion is to check the background of the online retailers and order from a reputable one only (like amazon). enough is enough for me...

I do not trust SBHCORP.com. When I ordered a CD Deck for my car on Friday and paid for 3rd Day Air, it was not scheduled to arrive until Friday of the following week! I called their customer service line and the phone rang and rang, no answer. When I placed the order they did not send me a Tracking number for the item until the day before it *should arrive. They forgot the order and proceeded to send it 2nd day air on WEDNESDAY, that is why it will *hopefully* arrive by Friday. An entire week later...no big deal. Save yourself the hassle of items not coming in on-time and spend a little more for your item somewhere else. You may want to check with the Better Business Bureau, when purchasing something from the internet. It may look legit, but even criminals can make a website "look" legitimate...

I was concerned about my purchase of a Jam 15 sound system because y read negative reviews about SBH corp. But let me tell you, I give them 5 stars. The service was excellent and I received my speakers in less than a week. Very fast shipping and great price. I recomend this company.

This was my first and last experience with this so called on-line store. The price on the Bel RX 65 was the lowest found. But this is the only positive aspect of my transaction. I paid for 2nd Day Air($25). The third day arrived with no delivery. I attempted to contact SBH by phone and no one answered for five days. I emailed twice a day for five days and received no answer. The package arrived on the ninth day. The delevery was made by the US Postal Service. The web site gave two shipping options; UPS Ground and Second Day Air. I paid $25 for second day Air and the package was sent US Postal Service for less than $5. Tried to contact SBH but one week later still no one answers the phone. Stay away from this lousy business!!!

I just bought a Bel RX65 from SBHcorp. I paid the advertised price of 229. Then I started reading the reviews and got scared because of all the negative feedback. I called the day after I ordered the product and they said it would ship out that night. Then he said hold on and a lady got on the phone and gave me the tracking number. The product arrived the next MORNING. These people were polite and professional. I would definitely recommend this company in spite of all the negative comments. They were a pleasure to do business with.

This website offers great customer service and communication at the lowest price on the web. My purchase went very smoothly from the moment I ordered my product to the 2 days later when it reached my front door. They have definantly improved from the past. Do not avoid this website because of previous reviews, they have gotten much better. I highly recommend them and will be returning very soon.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!! I emailed the company after reading the horrible reviews to make sure the item was in stock and they replied that it was. I order the item with 3 day shipping. Called 5 business days later and was told to call back later. Called the next day and was told the item has shipped. Called 3 days later and asked for a tracking number asked to call back later. Called a few days later and was told I shold have already recieved the items and that they were contacting the shipper. Called a few days later and threatened to dispute the charge and was told the item hadn't shipped and asked if I would like to cancel the order which I said yes. Called a few days later to ask where my credit was was told they would credit my card again. Called several days later to ask about credit and boss wasn't there... Currenly disputing the charge. Do yourself a favor and order from somewhere else for a few bucks more.

We (Australian Auto Security) have been a customer of SBH Corp for more than a decade, importing American made products into Australia. The shipments arrive in about a week give or take a few days. I recommend SBH Corp to Americans or overseas customers.

I purchased a car alarm for my new vehicle.The price was more than right! Actually great, very discounted! The customer service is also great, the salesman was courteous and patient. I purchased it on Monday , received the tracking number later on the day. The item is brand new as described on their site. The delivery was speedy. Would definitely shop there again!Very satisfied customer!

I first heard about sbhcorp from a friend of mine that purchased dj equipment online. Since I was looking for some good equipment myself I decided to check it out.The prices are great and the service is very good.I placed an order over the phone and they had the order processed the same day and shipped out to me , no hassles or headaches at all. The Technical Pro amplifier I a purchased is just terrific. I am looking to purchase in the near future some speakers and some rack equipment which they also offer at great prices.

A bit worry at first after reading some negative comments online. Called the company to make sure my item was in stock, placed the order, and the item arrived in 3 days. No hassles whatsoever. Could not find warranty info; David even called me back to let me know I got a one-year. Will order again!

Ordered an Alpine Marine Amp, they had the best price that I could find by $50, I placed the order on a Thursday and got it the next Thursday, not bad for standard UPS shipping, and it came from NY to Las Vegas. I did email them to get the tracking number and they got it to me in less than two hours about two hours later the package was at my front door, great first experience.
