SF planet do not specify where an item is to comne from, I was insistant I did not want a Chinese phone but they went ahead an sent one from China. This ended up costing me more as I had to then purchase maps for the Navigator which would have been included in genuine Australian model for free. I also am concerned of not having Australian warranty on my phone now!

I was upset that there was no phone number to contact anyone. The on line tec support did not help the situation. The cable I ordered was fine and shipped fast. The phone case however was ordered payment made, but never receaved the case. After two weeks of sinding online messages I found out the case was out of stock. If they would contact you by phone or e-mail it would make thangs alot better.

As soon as I completed the order a message has been sent to me saying that my order has been shipped I was then expecting that the item would arrive to my address in 3 or 4 days. When it did not I was a little worried except somewhere in the agreement that 3 or 4 weeks could be the delivery waiting time. I received my order earlier than specified but later than what i was expected to believe based on the date of the message "my order was shipped'

My order arrived faster than I anticipated. The order was a new item, just as the website said. The only downside was being able to talk to someone with questions about the item. If I needed to return the item I wouldn't be able to talk to someone to get a RMA number.
All in all SF Planet is a great place to buy electronic related items on the web. The price was the best I could find.

Merchanise arrived very quickly. They also responded to my initial e-mail concerning this particular item in a prompt manner and the price was the best of all locations that I visited in trying to find the product. Overall my experience was among the best I have had on line.

I bought the same case for my husband before and he loved it. He has had it for about 1year and it just broke at the swivel. The medal part on the leather case broke off. there was no way of fixing it. I had to purchase another one. You are the ony ones who make this case for his phone, so I have no choicebut to buy another one. We are very satisfied with the results of your cover. We will keep coming back.

I placed the order on Jan 17. One week later I send the merchant an email checking on the status of my order. They reply immediately indicating that the item is out of stock. It will take 2 to 3 weeks to get the item. This is the second waiting week. I will follow up next week. The good news is that my credit card was charged since Jan 17.

The adapter was supposed to plug into a wall socket from one end and a car charger from the other. No problems with the car charging but the prongs on the wall socket end are very loose and it takes considerable effort to charge something from the wall. I ended up having to prop a chair against the charger to hold it in the wall. Haven't use the wall charge end since.

SF Planet is excellent Merchant, with wide and quality selection of items. I have been purchasing repeatedly from SF Planet for a while now - and have always been more than satisfied with quality of items and delivery speed, especially given the shipping cost (usually free).
Price of items is reasonable - and competitive with comparable site - but the quality and reliability of SF Planet is what makes it one of top choices.
Also, if there are any questions that one needs additional clarifications (this from earlier experience), customer support is quick, friendly and on spot.

The actual answer to #7 would be maybe. There were no instructions for fitting the case and part of it broke. It is actually ill-fitting, though close. It also took too long to arrive - nearly two weeks for UPS ground, which cost $7.47. The replacement case arrived in two days via USPS for $1.11 postage. Customer service was usually quick and provided adequate information. I eventually settled for a different model replacement, which cost a little less, but I was not returned the difference (at least not to date.)

I wish there was some "after-hours" customer service or chat line available to those of us who do not live on Central Time Zone, or who work during SFP's office hours. It's hard to order/ask questions, etc. in a timely manner if you can't reach cust. service. When I DID reach them, they were helpful and polite.
SFPlanet has had good merchandise before, which is why I returned. THIS particular product, though, so far is not up to par for me. However, I've had no problems w/SFP and would probably buy from them again.

SF Planet filled my order promptly. Unfortunately, the description on the web site was not thorough enough for me to determine the correct hard shell for my laptop computer, and I ordered the wrong one. Customer service has interacted with me promptly via email (no telephone support is available), and I have returned the product to get the correct one. In the end, things will work out fine. The product (Krusell Treo 700w case) wasn't exactly as described on the website. The manufacturer's packaging stated that the case was for Treo 600 and 650 and the case seems a little tight around my Treo 700. This means that it is hard to tap the corners of my touchscreen and the hole for the power/syncing cable is obscured by the leather part of the case. These small inconveniences were not quite frustrating enough to go through the bigger inconvenience of returning/refunding the item however.

Web site gave a message that an order was not processed due to a time out. The order had actually processed resulting a duplication.
The product was not available at the shipping date. No update was provided. I'm trying to cancel the order.
Two email message have not been answered.
The live chat is effective, but is not always available.

Their web site gives a USPS tracking number but the tracking gives no useful information. I am writing this on 3/6/2008. I placed a small order to see how sfplanet handled it. As a result of this test, I will not use sfplanet in the future. See usps tracking below:
