They offered a great selection of products and at very good prices/savings. Delivery of items orders was very quick and came on time as promised. I will definitely shop at SF Planet in the future for products I need.

I think that SF Planet is a reasonable place to shop however, Im not sure if it is my computer at work or SF Panets website is extremly slow. All in all the experience was good.

I placed the order on Jan 17. One week later I send the merchant an email checking on the status of my order. They reply immediately indicating that the item is out of stock. It will take 2 to 3 weeks to get the item. This is the second waiting week. I will follow up next week. The good news is that my credit card was charged since Jan 17.

It was written that i would recieved the product within 5-7 days but know its been 10 days and still I haven't recieved it yet. May i know where is my product. FYI:

It was quite a good experience, but the negative side was that the real postage price was much cheaper than the price I got charged for posting my leather case! A lot cheaper...
It would be more fair for you to state an actual price for postage, so that customers don't have such unpleasant surprize.
