The overall experience was good, however I ordered a brown leather case and recieved a black leather case. I decided to keep the case because the hassle of returning it wasn't worth the change in color.

I wish there was some "after-hours" customer service or chat line available to those of us who do not live on Central Time Zone, or who work during SFP's office hours. It's hard to order/ask questions, etc. in a timely manner if you can't reach cust. service. When I DID reach them, they were helpful and polite.
SFPlanet has had good merchandise before, which is why I returned. THIS particular product, though, so far is not up to par for me. However, I've had no problems w/SFP and would probably buy from them again.
