I purchased and iphone case on the 13th of October and it was suppose to be shipped on the 30th. I still have not received it or heard back on the status of it as the website status still says the samething it said the day I bought it. It is a little frustrating that you have no problem taking the money for something that you have not shipped. I am hoping to receive the product soon.

SF Planet filled my order promptly. Unfortunately, the description on the web site was not thorough enough for me to determine the correct hard shell for my laptop computer, and I ordered the wrong one. Customer service has interacted with me promptly via email (no telephone support is available), and I have returned the product to get the correct one. In the end, things will work out fine. I just wish the description on the web site had been more thorough so I had not had to go through the extra expense of sending back the wrong product.

My first order placed with the great guys was a disaster, they had no clue to what i was ordering and the message I got from them was showed me thew were clueless and knew nothing about the english langauge.
Itried again and at least I was able to deal with a compitent company.
The great guys are anything but great, they should call themselves the worst guys.
