I often buy Yogi brand teas from SMARTbomb.com via their online Yahoo! Store website. They have consistently offered low prices with a minimum of fuss. I do not typically spring for the more expensive shipping options, because I am shopping on the basis of price. They have not screwed up my orders so far. I have not interacted with their customer service. They do send me coupons in e-mail, but I usually filter them out as spam.
This people suck! Only after they take your credit card information they disclose the fact that it may take 6-10 business days from ordering to arrival, that is, if they have the items on stock of course. I could've walked to my local health Store and pick up the items today! I hate deceiving business practices like this one. If you don't have it on stock PLEASE LET THE PUBLIC KNOW so we can go elsewhere and buy what we need!

They are unbelievably slow to fulfill and ship orders. My order did not ship until 9 days after it was received by Smartbomb online. I order many things online (often as much as 2-3 times per week). This is by far the worst consistent delay I have ever experienced. Prices are good, otherwise I would go elsewhere. Read more

This was the first time having any sort of problem getting an order
filled. The tracking link never functioned at all, and even though I
received two email notifications of backorder, no other options were
provided. The package arrived completely open! I can't believe
everything was still inside-good packing, poor tape???

The fish oil bottles arrived well packed as usual, but one bottle had slightly leaked (maybe a teaspoon or so), even though the plastic wrap over the bottle cap was still intact. Perhaps it was a manufacturer's error in packaging. However, it was a little messy in the box.
I will try this kind of order again to see if it was just a one time thing.
Otherwise, the backordering of Coenzyme Q10 is slightly annoying (since there is nothing in the web site suggesting that they actually don't have the product in hand to send), but I do understand how just in time and stocking must work with so many products. At any rate, they have been very good at keeping me informed about where the backorder is...
